The technicians themselves were great . Its the fact I had to have more than 1 was a problem. Communication from the company and the technicians was lacking. We had a fairly big problem. After the initial consult parts had to be ordered to complete the work. After over a week I called to check on the status and it was on back order . I get annoyed when I have to pursue information instead of it being offered. Another week goes by and I have to call again. Every day that week I was told it should be there that day. Finally the next week happens and a technician shows with the part needed. He had no idea the extent of the project or what was discussed but he does the best with what he has but still kept running into obstacles (again good folks this a management issue) the next day a different technician came out and was unaware of what was happening. It finally got mostly fixed be have to wait and see. We had to hang around for hours waiting on someone to show because no one ever called to tell us anything. It was extremely frustrating

If delivering with a semi truck you MUST BACK in to the driveway from Old Leeds Rd to the single, small, outside brick ramp.
