I’m never sure what can be thrown away. Apparently all garbage needs to be organized nice and neat before placing in the can. I’m assuming 2 tires that are in shreds were not good enough garbage. I’m really trying to keep the garbage man in the truck as much as possible. He shouldn’t have to get dirty and this should be more like a used car sales position. This place is garbage, lol! You need to pay in person they suck ay websites. This is what your money pays for.

Tell me why the guy collecting on my road today, not only made a mess in my yard, but dropped the can also. I have it recorded. Would he want someone leaving a mess in his yard like that?! Do Not be disrespecting someone else's property!

Mrs Tracey helped me in my time of need! I couldn’t get to take my trash out in 3 weeks due to have a major emergency surgery. She setup me and for a 2 month trash assistance so I could heal and have my trash still be removed in a timely manner. She even offered to do it herself if need be to help me! There is kind people in this world and she saved the day! I highly recommend Coffee county waste management.

I drove a microwave to the landfill once because I thought it should be separated from the standard garbage. It was a 30 minute drive out there from my house in Enterprise, and when I got there the lady at the weigh scale laughed at me and couldn't believe I drove all the way out there just for an old microwave. She said "if it fits in your container you should've just put it in there." So then she charged me to dump it at the landfill. So after trying to do the right thing, I was CHARGED. And I pay all my garbage bills on time. Lesson learned, nobody around here cares about beryllium oxide in the magnetron breaking in the landfill.

Also the Coffee County bill pay website is terrible. I can log in, but have no way to actually pay or view any of my bills online. So I emailed an employee at the Environmental Services division, and she hasn't emailed me back yet in a week so far.

Place of business and general trash removal needs are usually pretty good. I had made a call inquiring about why my can wasn't emptied, at first the gentlemen was very respectful and had the situation checked out. He calls me back to tell me that next time to make sure because they wasted money going back to check and it had already been dumped It didn't add up! What's to say he didn't return there dumped it and then took a picture! I am not going to waste anyone's time or money. Really upsets me the manner he spoke to me like I was leaving my home when I called him because my neighbor's trash was already taken.

Cheyenne is awesome! Easiest utility to start new service and setup autopayments in the area. Timely service, great customer service, couldn't be happier.
