Visited last night. Cool space with an ample back patio. I could not work in the real estate office there as I'd be in the tasting room all the time! I found parking on the street, not sure if there is a garage somewhere. Beers were excellent. I don't really do IPAs but there were several lagers and pilsners to choose from. There was a taco truck out front that was super busy. Max, the bartender, was slammed, but took good care of everyone. Thank you for a great stop!

This is the best addition to the town square and our favorite spot! The beers are delicious, and they have a great variety of styles for all preferences. As well, their food truck rotation is fabulous! They do a great job of communicating their food truck schedule via their Instagram account. Their staff is friendly, and their space is comfortable. We feel so lucky to have them in our little town square!

I had a meeting in San Elijo and wondered into this spot, which I learned just opened a few days ago. I am not big on craft beer, but the product is solid. I really liked the vibe here. The staff is friendly, the space is not too big, not too small, little patio, lounge are, good crowd. A casual, very nice atmosphere. I think this place will do very well here and I will be back for sure.

Fantastic brewery! Always great food trucks out front and there are a good variety of beers and other beverages, to cover many tastes. I love their Tiny Bubbles, which is a bit sour, but not super sour. There is seating inside, out front, and in the back. I recommend early, around 4:30, if you want your choice of seating, and no wait for the food. One of our favorite hidden gems, in the middle of the cute village of San Elijo Hills. You can even cross the street, and head out afterwards for a beautiful sunset walk up the trail behind the middle school, or in the other direction toward the park, on some of the many trails in the area, before heading home.

I'm a huge fan of big Belgian ales and The Lost Abbey does not disappoint. The tasting room is comfortable and nicely appointed, with a big bar and lots of beer choices! I've had a couple so far and plan to return to the Sanctuary many times (again this afternoon in fact!). The staff are very nice and talkative. I even met the master brewer and was fascinated talking to him about his beers.

Their belgian blonde, double red ale, sours, and czech pilsner are amazing! It is one of our favorite friday night hang-out spots. They have reasonable prices and a good amount of seating, too!

Love having a local brewery set up shop in the town square. It's a very chill atmosphere. Only downside is they don't have food. However, they plan to bring in food vendors from time to time and you're welcome to bring in your own food.
