I didn’t get to try these treats myself, as I ordered them for our company to send to our customers. While I can’t speak to the taste, I want to highlight the exceptional customer service from Lumiere’s team. I needed to place a bulk order of 26 boxes, and the process was incredibly smooth. Every order shipped the same day I placed it, which was impressive given our tight timeline to ensure delivery before Chinese New Year. This is a followup to my Dec 29 review. Sadly, I must now report that I am extremely disappointed in Laumiere's customer service, integrity, communications and professionalism of their business leaders.

After purchasing four sets as gifts over the Christmas holidays and leaving a positive online review, Varun contacted me via email offering to send a complimentary box if I also left positive reviews on Facebook and Google.

I left the additional positive reviews back on Dec 29 and emailed Varun letting him know and providing the name & address to ship the complimentary box to as per his instructions. I even let him know that it would be great if it would arrive in time for my wife's birthday on Jan 23. Never heard anything back so followed up again with an email to Varun on Jan 7. Still no communication whatsoever for several weeks and I initiated another chat on Jan 23 and talked with Vic this time. I explained the situation and copy/pasted the emails to Varun into the chat per Vic’s request. He said he would check with Varun and get back with me. It is now March 28 and I never heard back from Varun nor Vic and never received the complimentary box they offered.
It is shocking to me that Laumiere Gourmet Fruits runs its business like this, basically ghosting a happy customer that was just trying to help them out. Needless to say, I will not be ordering again.

Great gift. We went with the Cadeau De Noel Parfait Collection - Square collection for several holiday gifts, including to ourselves. Beautiful packaging and the fruit & nut treats are healthy and flavorful. Everyone loves it, thanks!

We ordered sweets this Diwali. I guess I was expecting the taste which we have back home … I am sorry to say it was not there .. none of the sweets tasted like authentic ‘mithai’ . More than that most of the sweets have an after taste of medicine syrup.. hope this review will help improve the sweets. We definitely liked the packaging and presentation

I ordered the large box of the Diwali collection and these are actually amazing! I was looking for vegan mithai (Indian sweets) for Diwali for my family since my mom, sister, and I are all vegan, and finding vegan sweets unless made at home have been difficult. These did not disappoint! They arrived earlier than I expected so we stored them in the fridge for a few days and my only complaint is that they were a bit hard. Other than that, they were absolutely delicious. They don't taste like they don't have added sugar, the dates and maple syrup are more than sufficient. It feels great to have the clean ingredients. I will definitely order again, maybe closer to Diwali so they are the most fresh, and recommend these to everyone. Don't hesitate to buy these!
