If I could give zero stars if I could. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with Kat Cardinale and nothing. Terrible customer service. I would recommend going to any other winery if you are seeking communication and over all, basic professionalism.

My family and I came here on a whim while staying in Forestville and we are so glad we stumbled upon this gem! Ian was our server. Ian was kind, very knowledgeable and nice. We had a great time tasting outside in their shaded tasting area. The wine was delicious, high quality and affordable. We became members and they were having a promotion where we even got to take a wine barrel home for signing up!​​ Overall, this is a great, beautiful, easy place to discover some new great wine!

Third year in a row that we have gone to Balletto. The wines are amazing and fairly priced. The folks are super nice and I like the outdoor patio - super chills. We will be back again, for sure!

Terrible, absolutely terrible. I tried getting a hold of a woman named Kat, for months. Nothing. Terrible communication, prices seemed all over the place, lack of professionalism, etc. I was forced to find another winery who at least could provide me with the clarity, with a great response time, etc. I would avoid this place.

The staff was so fun and we had a wonderful time sipping on wine under the pergola. Our fantastic hostess even helped us do a fun little gender reveal for one of our group members with a little extra bubbly to celebrate which was so fun! Thank you for making our wine country experience fantastic!

Nice place, patio is very pleasant. Good wine, great snacks reasonably priced. Watch out for gusts that might blow your glass over. Whites and Zin recommended but I prefer Oregon pinot noir.
