Absolute garbage place. Don't waste your time. The service is garbage. Once you maybe get a bartender's attention they might ID you or they might not. Watched multiple underage people not get their ID checked but because my ID had a slight crack (I'm 30) and they don't have scanners like every other establishment that sells alcohol does, they denied me drinks and then kicked me out shortly after. I called to make a complaint and was hung up on by the manager of the bar. Super professional... I was treated like a criminal while watching underage girls get served drinks. Great job Graton. You guys are garbage .

Gratin is a nice casino. It is half smoking (which is nice), and half non smoking. They are generous with their gifting their members. I name never been in any of their rooms so I can't rate that. The food court is descent and you can earn points to comp your food. When I first started going there in July 2024 I used to win quite often but now I can't seem to win at all. The staff is very nice and for the most part it is usually very clean.

Large variety of slots, table games, and virtual table games. Non-Smoking area was larger than other casinos I had been to with excellent game variety. Facility was very clean, and staff was friendly. Even though their was construction for the expansion, it wasn't noticeable once you were on the game floor. There was also plenty of parking with security patrolling the lots to make sure that vehicles were safe.

Tried the Bistro for lunch and it exceeded my expectations at the price point it's at. Friendly wait staff and the full bar looked like it had a variety of spirits ready to mix.

Will definitely return the next time I'm in the area. I always like testing out casinos when I'm visiting friends and family, and this one was definitely better than most I've been to.

Local Casino in the Bay Area. 21+ only property so kids can’t come to eat or stay in the hotel. They have a small hotel and I haven’t stayed here or checked out the spa yet but the rooms do look big. They have a good players rewards club, I really enjoy their food court options, and their restaurants are good too! They have Asian, pho, Mexican, pizza, bbq, habit burger, a Starbucks. They also have a tone of restaurants and bars and non smoking areas. I want to try their steakhouse. In the summer they have Pool Parties similar to Vegas Pool Parties and they have concerts too. They have giveaways and they’re extending their parking garages. Perfect place to gamble if you’re visiting the Napa or Sonoma Valley.

We went to the casino after my little sister's wedding night to celebrate their union. My boyfriend and I showed our IDs to the security at the front in order to proceed in. I was even able to go to one of the bars in the front without getting IDed and get two drinks and then we decides to go to the G bar. Mind you I am 28 years old and my boyfriend is 30 years old. Not only would they not accept my 30-year-old boyfriend's ID because it was cracked but they then proceeded to escort us out of the casino with 4 security guards and then have a bike cop escort us out of the parking lot and then the police followed us home. I couldn't even say goodbye to my little sister after her wedding day. Meanwhile they're allowing underage people to get drinks without IDing yet they treat people who are actually of age as if they are criminals. This is ridiculous and we will not be returning to this place. By the way, a casino of that size should probably invest in an ID scanner. it is pretty upsetting that they ruined my night with my sister after her wedding. They should probably invest in something that is actually going to prove that IDs are true and real just because an ID is cracked does not mean it is not real and the way we were treated was absolutely uncalled for. I'm sure they will just continue to allow underage people to get drinks but treat people of age like criminals,so go ahead and keep doing business the way you are and we will never return.

Just went for the Casino. Fun spot, good selection of games. Way too smokey. They do have a non smoking slot area, but the selection isn't nearly as good

This review is for the casino only. I went here with my wife on random weekend just to get away. The place was FULL. The slots she wanted to play on was taken for hours. I stayed at the blackjack tables. They charge for drinks which is unheard of. The cocktail waitress was also rude. She has a soft voice so I could didnt here her when she came back with my drinks. So when I flagged her down to follow up on my drink she gave me attitude even though I apologized. Simple misunderstanding but didn't have to be rude about it. Blackjack dealers are nice though. They'll have conversations with the table which is to be expected.

I took the casino routine at 7:20 pm on April 8, 2025 at the Daly City Mission. There was a male driver who spoke Cantonese. He was very rude and spoke very domineeringly. Our green card was not charged for fare, but we still gave it to him, but at that time I gave him a dollar bill and four coins, a total of two dollars. He was very unhappy and rude when he saw the coins. And his driving skills were not good. He drove very fast all the way. How can a driver like this drive such a big routine? Many people were scared and screamed when they sat in his car. And he didn't accept coins🪙, and he refused to accept coins very politely. If the boss doesn't take this matter seriously, we, the guests who go to the casino every day, will not feel safe riding in his car. He forces us to pay.
