12h33 on Oct 12th 2024 I had to use the restroom at this location and both Men and Women were closed for cleaning - the man in charge of cleaning was completely arrogant and not empathetic at all - saying it was going to take a while to clean - that he could not say how many minutes and told me to go elsewhere- which is totally not viable since there is simply no other restroom anywhere near in less than 2 miles. This is a complete disrespect. You pay for a ticket to have a good time and you’re not respected when you have to do basic needs. I really hope you can train better your staff to be more empathetic with people who need to use the restroom and also offer more restrooms. It’s completely disappointing as I did not have anywhere else to go - can you imagine that feeling?!

We were celebrating my daughter's 12th birthday with a trip to the NYBG to see the Kusama art collection. The tram stopped at the family garden and we decided to hop off. I'm so glad we did. It was one of my daughter's favorite parts of the day. It's a totally hands-on experience. There were so many activities to choose from. She chose to dig for bugs, do a scavenger hunt, and plant lettuce to take home.

The garden staff were super friendly and knowledgeable.

My family and I attended a humus demonstration. We got to taste it. It was delicious. Later, we were given a small edible plant to take home with us. Great experience for everyone.

The Edible Academy was fantastic! Our 4 year old loved watering the various vegetables and enjoyed measuring cheese during the cooking class. The educators were great!
