My wife and I stopped the other day to get some amazing Filet Mignon that the owner Anthony trimmed and season for us. We also picked out some nice thin Italian sausage made with Parsley and Parmesan cheese. If you want the Best! Then go see Anthony at Morris Park Meats!

This is the best quality meat my family has ever eaten. Fresh and always packed nicely.

However you want your meat prepared they do it no problem.

We go twice a week and we are incredibly grateful for this butcher shop 🙂

I paid for a 1.7lbs cut of steak, and I got home and weighed it myself to find only 1.1lbs.

I went back to ask why they charged so much, and they told me that was the weight of the trimmings. I never asked for it to be trimmed, and I said that they should've at least offered the fat if I'm paying $20/pound for it. They said they didn't ask because it's "mostly inedible". I ask why not trim it off the whole loin up front if it's inedible, and I was told "that's how it comes from the provider", as if it isn't their job to prepare the meat from their provider.

If you aren't going to trim the loin beforehand, but also aren't going to offer the trimmings to the customer, then it's a dishonest tactic to squeeze a few more bucks out of every cut. Play that game if you'd like, I'll find somewhere else.

My Newest favorite place! I tried this spot based on the reviews, and I must admit the people didn't fib!! Purchased "Short Ribs" and they were tender and meaty! They're fast friendly-will give you you cooking tips and shave off unwanted fat!! Now this is my only meat market!!! We're family now😉

Anthony is the man & the king of high quality meats .great service & great customer service . Anthony & his staff highly takes care of his customer with the highest respect & service treats you like family & will always be honest to you about your order & meats .. the wait is worth it & no matter how many hrs you wait you will treated with the quality meats from cutting to cleaning to packaging your order. u will get what you pay for or even more ..the staff does so good with your order u don't wanna even touch it lol that's how beautiful your meat looks... The staff also doesn't rush your order no matter how many orders are in front of u everyone gets gets equal treatment & it's cash EBT & credit card accepted....I recommend tyou to order it's the best in the city ..
