I still don't understand what the purpose of mediocre products is for. I bought your spring house egg rolls. They were anything but fair. . If I was going to go to the trouble of making and selling a product it would be the best possible. A reason for people to look for my product again and again. Just raise the price to accommodate the cost and make a profit. At least the product would speak for the brand and cause re-buys. guess you guys have no clue what builds a business. 51 years in a business.(me) Doesn't anyone taste test the products prior to packing and selling? this is a guarantee too screw up a company without trying.

Purchased 84 pack hors d'oeuvres at Costco - some of the nastiest tasting things I have ever eaten... I some of each flavor before the guests arrived (Thank goodness!) and only the tiny franks were edible. Also thank goodness for Costco's guarantee... returned the package and they gave a full refund...

Just bought spring valley veg egg rolls and when I put them in smaller portions to freeze I actually got only 38 when the box clearly states 40 rolls. They also are not the quality they used to be. Just a heads up!!!
