I purchased a box of Onion Flavor Gluten-Free Matzo-Style Squares and it is inedible. It is so hard that you cannot even bite it. I have never had that before. I was very dissatisfied.

I bought 4 boxes of Streit's Soup Nuts for Pesach because we love them. I did notice that they were in a different box than usual. As soon as we opened the first box there was a TERRIBLE smell. The taste was rancid. We opened all the other boxes and the smell was the same as the first box and the taste was the same. I was so disappointed and highly embarrassed by this unfortunate incident at our family seder. I expect a response from your company because this is unacceptable! I will ban this product from my household in the future.

The worst Matzo ball soup I have ever cooked. Every Matzo ball Designated as soon as it hit the soup. I should have know when the WHITE POWDER hit the bowl there was Zero Matzo meal in there.

I just want to say that I really enjoy eating your Whole Wheat no salt Matzo. They are delicious! Even though I am not Jewish, I really love the fact that I can find a delicious whole wheat Matzo that has no salt and is fully Kosher with no added bad ingredients. It is really great to see an old company as yourself still making great products during this pandemic harsh time. I wish the best for your company and blessings for doing the work of the one true G-d of Israel. The G-d of Abraham Isaac and Jacob.

Matzo is as good as ever (my favorite brand), but this year they changed the packaging on the 5 lb. box, and did not box each pound separately. Almost every matzo was broken.

There is nothing better than your Egg Matzos made with apple cider. I wait all year until I see them on the shelves for Passover and then I buy several boxes to keep me supplied throughout the year. I wish more stores stocked them. Super delish with tuna. YUM!!

I remember the aroma of fresh baked matzos seeping out into the air on the Lower East Side on Rivington Street. It was heavenly! Their products are the best. When they moved from The Lower East Side I moved my family to Florida. The Mediterranean Matzo makes great pizza.

I bought 3 cans of macaroons, and I was very disappointed to find that the PACKAGING is deceptive. I was purchasing these macaroons to use in a recipe which called for 10-12 macaroons. The packaging says 10 servings of 2 macaroons each, so I was expecting around 20 of them in each can. Instead the first can had 13, and then the 2nd can had 14. So I called STREITS customer service to let them know how "off" the count was. Instead of being apologetic, the customer service rep. had all kind of excuses like "We sell by weight, not by the piece" or "contents settle" or "we don't make the, we just distribute them." Finally he admitted they were aware of the issue, and said they would be creating new labels "in the future." To me, what would have left a better "taste in my mouth" would have been to thank me for taking the time to notify them and at least send me a coupon for a free can (worth $3.50). That's what good customer service would do. So instead I will tell the world and they will get a poor review from me.
