I had such a wonderful experience at Hudson Valley Cheesecake! The cheesecake has perfectly balanced flavors and so rich and creamy. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

Dana, Geo, and Bella, were all so kind and helpful, making the experience even better. You can truly taste the love and dedication Dana puts into the cheesecakes.

If you haven't been to Hudson Valley Cheesecake yet, you're missing out! Highly recommend!

If you love cheesecake this place is for you. If you don’t love cheesecake this place is probably also for you, since their slices are by far the most flat without being super sweet.

This cheesecake staple is always worth the visit. Each time they have a different selection of slices. Which is fun, but sometimes I am looking for a specific flavor and sad it is not there.

The cheesecakes are good, but not much variety. I’m still waiting to find a place in the Hudson valley that makes a great ricotta cheesecake that is super light and super fluffy. The search continues.

Hudson Valley Cheesecake is your sweet tooth heaven! Located right on Main Street if parking is hard to find there is a municipal parking lot around the corner and a short walk from there. I was greeted with a welcome as soon as I walked in the door, any questions I had about the cakes were answered and it was actually hard to choose so I bought more than one kind. The Rainbow cheesecake is absolutely phenomenal, tastes just like 3 layer cookies. Cakes, cheesecake, cupcakes vegan also if needed and fruit smoothies were just added to the menu. Cakes can be bought by the slice or whole cakes depending on your needs. There are many places to eat around the neighborhood, but save dessert for here you won’t be disappointed.

The absolute best cheesecake I’ve eaten. I’ve never been a huge fan but this place made me a believer. My favorite is the banana pudding cheesecake but they have this tres leche made with strawberry now that’s my jam!!! Love them down. They definitely make me have no back energy 😂

Cheese cake was yummy however I saw this curly piece of hair at the bottom of one of the cakes and quickly lost my appetite. Hair definitely doesn’t match mine or my husbands hair.

I dont know...I've been here several times and it's good, but $11 for a slice of cheese cake ...it doesn't meet that standard to me.
Eash time I've gone there really only have been like 6/7 options. I kept seeing the basqst(sp) cakes and never are any when I go in. Nice staff always , just the cost for what is offered is off to me.

Despite the positive reviews, my experience seems to defer. Even coming from the city, cheesecake was surprisingly pricey. One slice will go for $11 including taxes. The taste does not meet the cost in my opinion. Tasted rather thick. Service was mediocre. They did not know exactly what goes on with the cakes. I’d always prefer to support local businesses however this did not meet my expectation. Sadly, I don’t recommend.
