I'm beyond words! Joe and his team from the service department did an amazing job taking care of a machine that I unfortunately bought elsewhere and it was a mess, countryside revived the unit back to life. The anxiety I had with my bad machine, they kept me calm with their knowledge and professionalism and most of all it's all repaired.

After having a full service on my Polaris 570 sportsman, I noticed it developed an oil leak while sitting in my garage. I called Joe in service and he sent someone down to actually pick it up (first surprise) and after replacing the plug and crush washer, he had one of the guys bring it back! (Second surprise) Keep in mind, I live about 45 minutes from Countryside. I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude to Joe and the crew! I could of stayed closer to home, but really appreciate the time and extra steps they did! The service alone is worth it for me to take the ride.

I was tremendously impressed with the care and professionalism of the staff at Countryside, especially with Keller the sales manager. He took my order without a deposit and kept me appraised while the vehicle was built and delivered to their shop. He even drove it up to my place and dropped it off, free of charge! All in all, Countryside is the place to go.

Keller was very knowledgeable and there is a decent selection of items in shop to see in person. I speced out my Polaris online and sent the information to Keller. We met in person and placed the order together in 15 minutes. Excited to have the machine in the next few weeks!
