Our Lewiston Food Tour with Dean was outstanding from start to finish. The six restaurants we visited offered a wonderful variety of food which was all so delicious. My family joined guide Giovanna for a Lewiston food tour on a sunny summer day. We had an excellent time! The food choices were all unique and tasty. They had drink samples with a couple of the selections too. Along with great food, we were told some interesting facts about the local area. Giovanna our guide was very personable; and her laugh was nothing short of infectious.

Great tour and guide. Food was delicious and brought some long ago history lessons to life. We had a great group too. Even my very active, hard to please with anything us older parents would like to do, 15-year old said she enjoyed this tour and would do it again.

We had 22 people split into two groups who partook in the Lewiston Historical Food Tour. We had a fantastic experience; the tour was absolutely phenomenal! I really can't stress enough how tremendous an experience this was. The wealth of knowledge about Lewiston and its rich history was impressive. The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what they shared with the groups. The food and drinks were outstanding! From beginning to end, the tour was well organized and ran smoothly. Our large groups were immediately served. By the end of the tour, we were full and happy. We laughed, enjoyed ourselves, and had a marvelous time! Five stars all the way!!! You have to book a tour; you won't regret it!

Fantastic tour! Food , drinks and tour guides are energetic, friendly and informative! Book this with friends or not either way you will have a fantastic experience. We did the Williamsville one and with all the food and drink I needed a nap to digest ! 5 stars and totally a must do !!!

We loved this tour. My husband and I were fortunate to be the only two guests signed up for our tour, so we enjoyed the extra attention and the extra time to chat with our guide, restaurant staff, and even fit in a little shopping in town. All the food and drinks were delicious - we ended up going back to Lewiston two days later to revisit a few of our favorite stops and get some more goodies. We are so glad that we found this tour; we would not have visited Lewiston if we hadn't signed up for the tour and now we're already planning our trip back.

A decent little amount of walking is involved, but we enjoyed that aspect of it.

Rita was our guide and she was so knowledge and personable; she made the trip that much more fun.

Can't recommend this tour enough.

We recently went on the new Williamsville Food Tour and cannot say enough good things! Our tour guide, Giovanna, was so friendly and knowledgeable-she made the whole experience great. The tour itself was very well organized from start to finish. There was a perfect mix of walking and information, and sitting to enjoy the tastings. Each venue gave you that VIP feeling and I don’t think there was a dish or drink we tried that we didn’t like. We also really appreciated how accommodating and thoughtful The Roaming Table staff was for us- we do not eat red meat, and at the 2 venues where this might have been an issue we were given a (delicious!) veggie option. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend The Roaming Table!

5 of us (college girlfriends) went with Rita on the food tour of Lewiston. We had such a nice time. The food choices were ok (“Haystack” sandwich, 2 chicken wings and sweet potato fries, coffee, bread, a biscotti, small beer, thin crust pizza, mile high apple pie and a wonderful lavendar cocktail) highlighting pub fare around Lewiston. However what was terrific was the history component Rita threw in: War of 1812 and Underground RR history in Lewiston. Lewiston was the jumping off point to safety in Canada on the Underground RR. We learned about lots of local heroes. Just a great, sunny day out with the girls in the sun in a sweet and quaint town. I’d highly recommend it and choose Rita. She was terrific!
