Beautiful, small north shore (rocky) beach for Laurel Hollow residents. Parking passes & kayak/paddle board storage for the season are easy to acquire and the area is well maintained.

I could see how it would be a nice place to launch your boat, chill on the beach, and maybe go for a swim. However, there's no public parking. You must be a resident of Laurel Hollow and have the appropriate permit to park. This means the beach is basically exclusive for nearby residents.

I'm not a big fan of private beaches. This one is nice. Small playground on site as well.

Laurel Hollow's exclusionary law forbidding street parking throughout the Village is absurd. I received a $75 ticket for parking at the end of an empty cul-de-sac to access a Nature Conservancy preserve. It's especially shameful to give parking tickets at the trail head of a nature preserve during the COVID-19 pandemic given the Center for Disease Control's recommendation to take socially-distanced nature walks for physical and mental well-being. The Village would rather put stuff some money in its pockets than keep its residents healthy during a global crisis.
