She even went the extra mile spending hours on the phone with my old insurance company when some paperwork was incorrect. Earlier this year I switched to Chip Raines after my previous agent retired. Chip came highly recommended by several neighbors who also had State Farm. While I liked my previous agent, I’m even happier to be Chip’s Customer. Chip is knowledgeable, a great communicator, and fantastic to work with. I want to share with all of you how my new insurance guy just saved me a ton of money on my auto and renters policies. After an auto accident a few years ago, I realized how crucial it is to have good insurance. I wanted to make some changes to my policy and I tried to do it myself. Not knowing the difference between a decent policy, a good policy and a great policy, I settled for less than stellar coverage.
