Terrific location. I was in the area for sightseeing and wanted to check out the local ShopRite. Glad I did. You should too. Variety in so many categories, not just groceries. I would have liked more poultry options, or maybe just more inventory. Everything was spacious and looked fresh.

I was followed around by a woman who seemed to work for the supermarket. I had plastic bags I had brought with me to carry my food once I was done shopping. I guess they consider that suspect, it made me feel very uncomfortable and singled out. Very unfortunate as I do not plan on coming back to this location. The cashier was not helpful at all and didn’t even try to help me bag my food once she had rung me up. After I was done paying the woman that was following me around was still watching my cart like a hawk. I’m not a thief, never stolen a thing in my life. I don’t appreciate the racial profiling, train your undercover security to do a better job and your cashiers to offer better customer service, because they are mediocre at best.

Big store with a LOT of options from vegetables to pet food. Pretty good takeaway section too. Not my go-to grocery; I go mostly for their robust frozen dessert and dairy sections. Often they have 2/$7 Ben & Jerry’s 😋

Today I visited ShopRite to purchase fresh fish. The fish counter is supposed to be open until 9 pm, but when I arrived at 7:45 pm, the staff was cleaning and asked me to return after 20 minutes. I waited with my 1.5-year-old child until 8:20 pm, but when I approached the counter again, the staff informed me that it was closed. I'm extremely disappointed because I wasn't notified earlier that the counter would be closing. This lack of communication and poor customer service was unsettling, especially since I've had positive experiences with ShopRite's quality products in the past.

Get your cake elsewhere. I suddenly understand why ppl will pay an online baker $$$$ for a cake. I ordered a two tier cake for my baby shower. It was a vanilla with custard and strawberries for the first tier and second tier red velvet with buttercream. I asked them to write my future daughter’s name on the top of the cake and even showed them a picture of how I wanted it. To my surprise, day of pick up there is no writing on the cake but rather on the box tray- WRITTEN WITH ICING. The cake was moved to a stand so now there’s no name. I cake into the first cake- vanilla cake with strawberry jelly! No real strawberries no custard! I cake into the second layer- vanilla with custard! I was so incredibly disappointed. I had menu cards with the cake options on them for my guests. They were as surprised as me. My husband and I found out we were having a daughter with a red velvet cake from Martha’s Bakery. That’s why I wanted to have a red velvet cake but of course we did not receive what we ordered. Imagine this was a gender reveal party and you ordered a cake and gave specific instructions asking the team to do a certain flavor depending on gender and they surprise you with a cake THEY wanted to make rather than give you what you ordered? I’m so annoyed. Never again.

This is my go to grocery store. The sales are good and the store is organized and efficient. It’s always a treat when we go to the deli section. The one person who stands out is Louis. He is always so helpful and greets us with a smile and kindness. 5 stars all around.

The parking is unregulated, and many shoppers park in the designated curbside pickup spaces with no enforcement. This makes the supposed convenience not so convenient when you're trying to dodge traffic and avoid getting hit by a car.

Poor service from the pickup employees. They will accept tips but leave you stranded in the parking lot. I was left to load my own car while dodging traffic and trying to return a bulky cart. I wouldn’t have minded doing it myself if the employee hadn’t taken a tip for doing nothing.

Layout of the store is very overwhelming and cramped. Some aisles were so narrow and with other shoppers was very hard to get thru. Some aisles in middle were wider but also empty shelves. Surprised to see my iced tea all shop rites have abundance of was sold out here. Clerk didn't want to look in back.. parking lot was packed for a fri am. Will prob go elsewhere next time. Major anxiety shopping here..
