Where to begin? The flowers, planters and decorations, local cheese, beef and produce or maybe something more seasonal like Christmas trees and pumpkins. This authentic farm market has it all. I've been shopping here for over a decade and each visit and season brings more to the table. It the spring and summer months they have an on going assortment of flowering plants. From prearranged to planting ready. And the collection changes. It's always worth stopping by every week or so. As for autumn and the holidays, pumpkins galore and quite the assortment of breeds of Christmas trees. When you coming here for a Christmas tree is like looking at the menu for the first time. You have so many choices. This isn't a pick and cut your own place, this is a gallery of pine trees and there's definitely one for your home. Aside from the seasonal products Silver Spring also has produced, beef and fresh baked goods. The kitchen is approved by Cornell university and supplies daily baked pies worthy of any meal. If your lucky you'll get a free wiff from the back kitchen. Also the owner supplies fresh beef from there dairy farm a handful of miles away. This is Jersey cow beef and it is delicious. Basic cuts in the freezer but they do requests. I could go on about this place. Tell tales of the cheese curds, plump tomatoes, sweet peas. They have a lot going on here. Hours vary by season and after Christmas its closed until near Easter.

Since we've lived on Onondaga Hill we usually get all of our flowers from Silver Spring Farm Market. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And the flowers and plants are always great!

Located on Seneca Turnpike near OCC, this farm stand carries a selection of farm-fresh produce and a wide variety of flowering plants. In the spring, I will come here for border plants, potted patio plants, and grow-your-own herbs. They also carry Pastability's stretch bread on Saturday and Sunday and Arctic Isle ice cream. The staff are friendly and helpful. UPDATE: This is the place to buy in-season strawberries.

Pleasant people. Not the largest variety, but good, solid plants. Also sells local produce. Reeves strawberries at $6.50 instead of $8.50, fresh snap peas, , new potatoes, cheese curds, Gannons ice cream. Wonderful place to stop, buy, and enjoy.

The cashier was giving me twenty cents change and I said to keep it. She then handed me an extra twenty dollar bill I had mistakenly handed her. So thankful! The woman showing me plants was wonderful. I really appreciate 🙏 both of them. Thank you!!

How Silver Spring Farm Market saved Christmas: My husband and I went to the usual tree farm we go to every year to get our Christmas tree. When we arrived, there were fewer than 10 trees available (between 6 and 8 feet tall each), and they were priced at a jaw-dropping $130-$150, with only one person working and about a 30-minute wait for our turn. We wandered away defeated, thinking maybe we would just skip getting a tree this year. On the way home, we took a chance and stopped by Silver Spring. They had the most gorgeous trees we had ever seen, at almost half the price of the trees we saw previously. The owners were very nice, and they were more than accommodating with trimming the tree for optimal fit into our tree stand. We even picked up a couple of items from their gift shop, and still ended up spending less than we would have at our previous stop. We plan to come back in the spring for flowers. Great people and great service.

I live very near Silver Springs. Since it is close to us, we use it a couple of times a week for her fresh veggies, stretch bread, and the most beautiful flowers. It's cozy and a nice place to find many different items. Try it out!
