I could go on and on with our experiences, but simply put, Melanie is a disaster. Everyone in the office are very nice, but GOOD luck dealing with this woman. It’s been 10 years folks, TEN years dealing with this woman.

Avoid at all cost! UPDATE: Hoamco did not enforce government documents and cannot do simple accounting. Hoamco weaponized manager against members! Throw eggs and rotten tomatoes at these people! Doing busy work, have to look busy!

From a prospective buyer of a condo in Timberline Place in Flagstaff. Called with a few questions to the HOA management about maintenance. The HOA manager on the phone was condescending and rude.
