I had mechanical issues with my Toro snowblower and brought it into Falls Farm & Garden on a Friday afternoon. Tim Sr. & Jr. where both there to assist me. They service team promptly unloaded the snowblower & looked into the problem. It was fixed in less than an hour and it now works properly. Thanks much!

Best of the best for service and sales. These products are an investment....buy them from people that truly know how to maintain and repair them...not parts changers. Their knowledge of JDs old and new is immense. They fixed a major issue on my 970 that only a place that really knows their stuff could tackle.

I brought 2 chainsaw chains in for sharpening and was told about 2 weeks. I went back in 2.5 weeks later and they weren't done. I was told they would get them in and call me, which I was ok with because I didn't need them at the time but I didn't expect 4.5 weeks later and I still had not heard from them so I called. I'm not sure who answered the phone but he apologized and took care of them as soon as we hung up. Each interaction was polite and professional. Time of service after being told 2 weeks was 7 weeks.

Service stinks. Bought a weed whacker with a warrantee that leaked gas. When I brought it in they asked if I got it there. I did. Left it there for nearly 2 months. They did nothing. I just picked it up, leaking worse than ever. Thanks a bunch for nothing. Going to buy a tractor, not there.

Awful Customer Service
They don’t even deserve 1 star but it is what it is. I bought a belt for my tool and Unfortunately it did not even last for a week and they are not willing to issue refund or free replacement. I have heard many complaints from this store and I wanted to give chance but it was a mistake.

I brought in my leaf blower, that wasn’t working… and a nice man came out and took a look , said it would take just bit, I was expecting to leave it, come back days later, but they fixed it and gave it right back to me! They are incredibly nice and appreciated my little bit of business and told me so… support local businesses…. They will Appreciate you ☺️
