We had a great 7-day stay, and I want to highlight how wonderful the experience was. Riya at the front desk was amazing—so sweet, calm, and genuinely helpful. She made us feel welcome from the start. The food was also better than expected! I especially enjoyed the sausage and bagels in the morning, and having tea and coffee available throughout the day was such a nice touch. I also really appreciated the housekeeping team—they kept everything clean and comfortable for us. Overall, a pleasant and memorable stay!

Positive: It was nice and clean looking. I loved the look of the lobby Negative: The receptionist could not find my reservation. It took over 30 minutes to get us situated in a room and we came at two in the morning. We finally got checked in and the room heat did not turn on.

My third stay at a Tru on this current trip. This was no where near the quality as compared to previous two. Room had minor flaws. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay open. However service was the real disappointment. Check in was not rude, but not friendly neither. No waters or snacks given for Hilton Honors members. Eat & Sip had limited options. Breakfast was horrible compared to my other two stays. Lacked options compared to other locations, broken equipment, and what was there tasted awful. I wouldn’t avoid here but I wouldn’t likely choose it again.

This was our first time staying here, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and Jesse was fantastic—he answered all of our questions clearly and was very friendly. We will definitely be coming back!

Very clean, modern, great customer service, good price, convenient. Included breakfast. Room had a fridge which was great. There is also a nice common room and a gym. Check-in was quick and easy. Plenty of parking.

I would like to especially thank a great worker, whose name is Jesse.
I have been working in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and the key to success, especially in this aspect is the right worker who has the mindset of hospitality, and Jesse is the right person.
I had to come down right after the breakfast time was over accidentally as I got confused with the serving time. Another guest was willing to share some food with me, but Jesse came to just check on us if we were doing ok. He had such a genuine and nice smile, that his hospitality soothed our frustration.
The next day, he was working hard in the lobby and personally said hi briefly to everyone, not too much involved to make someone uncomfortable, but very genuine so that he made everyone smile. Appreciate his good attitude and positivity. If there is any chance the management considers about promoted position, my humble opinion is that Jesse will make a great impression on the company.

I am so disappointed with my experience at this Hotel management. I was at the airport from 2pm in Atlanta, GA until 7:30pm because my flight was delayed all day. I was forced to cancel my flight and contacted the Hotel to explain what happened and the receptionist said we can’t do anything in regards to my refund or credit for future stay. I am so disappointed and will not be staying here in the future. I am hoping that the manager calls me back just like the receptionist said.

We checked into this hotel on Jan 23rd, after our flight was cancelled and we were exhausted. The young woman that checked us in I think her name was Saxida could not have been kinder. She was offering to make us tea/coffee and or a a small snack. Our room was super clean and our bed was comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again.
