If you have not been to the Christmas store, put it on your list of things to do! The displays are beautiful! Everything you need to have a stunning Christmas tree is in the store and very reasonably priced. Take your time, there is lots to choose from, and you probably will come home with something new!

I bought a plant for $49.99 and did not see the price which they rung up at the cashier. While I was still at the cashier when I saw the price on my receipt I immediately asked them to cancel the sale and keep the plant which they refused to do saying I can now get only a store credit. I asked the girl to call the manager; she said she is off today and she does not have her phone number. She kept arguing with me that I should have seen the price but the same plant is $26 at other nurseries. They don’t care about being honest and making customers happy. This store is a crooked business. The cheapest bag of soil is $23 when everywhere else it is less than $10. There is choice but all plants and products are overpriced.

I wouldn't let my dog take a poop at this place. Owner thinks he's doing the customer a favor. Don't give him your money, go to Krocus. Great family and nice people. Wish I could put a negative 5 star

I went into down to earth for the first time today. Gorgeous selection of unique merchandise! The staff was extremely friendly. Very reasonable prices, great adherence to Covid regulations, and very well organized. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return! I love my new woodland creature Christmas tree ornaments and the gorgeous hiking Santa I bought!

We purchased an outdoor furniture set 3 years ago and this spring when we took the furniture covers off, we saw that the weaving on our love seat had completely separated. We contacted Down to Earth about this and worked with Connie. She looked into it and learned that the manufacturer had been bought out by another company and no longer carried this line. They also told Connie that the weave only had a 1 year warranty. As you can imagine this was very upsetting to me since my expectation would be that my furniture would last more than 3 years (with light usage). Connie spoke to the owner, Stuart, who explained that since the manufacturer is no longer selling this product, they were limited in what they can do. However, he said they would like to help us with replacement furniture which they would discount accordingly. We went into the store and Connie helped us find another love seat from a different set, which, while not the same, looked like it would work with the other pieces we had from the original set. Connie spoke to Stuart (the owner) while we were there and he said he would give us the piece as an even exchange. We were so happily surprised and impressed with this result. Down to Earth stood behind their products, and while they had no obligation to do this, provided a replacement for no charge. I cannot say enough about what a great experience and outcome this was. We are so appreciative to both Connie and Stuart for the way they worked with us and resolved this issue. Thank you to both.
