Such a nice shop. The design is squished, aisles are super slim and get congested essily, and the shelves go up to the ceiling so you might need a ladder to reach some products but good.
They offer some of the most interesting, healthy/cleanest products I've ever seen and I've traveled the whole world.
They have natural supplement section for essential oils, vitamins, minerals, herbal remedies, orobiotics, sports protein products and more.
They have a fresh deli area where they serve prepackaged sandwiches, wraps, and soups and salads. Fresh produce, snack products, chocokates, cookies, milk, cheeses, fresh peanut butter press, frozen foods and just everything you need with better quality than other supermarkets. Highly recommend.

Westerly is my absolute favorite spot for healthy food in midtown. The daily soups are reliably delicious and satisfying and the shelves stocked with healthy groceries at a decent prices. I almost always find a new snack or product to try and end up adding to my regular shopping list. Here are photos of a few favorites I discovered in recent trips.

Dependable fresh stocked health foods , and many items to choose from, it's a nice place to visit and get to know. Also have a small on sale wagon, with 50%or more off anything from vitamins soaps energy drinks, and chocolates !
Never too crowded, clean quiet atmosphere, and helpful sales lady.

A really nice store with mostly organic options and a good selection of supplements.
Fresh fruits and vegetables unpacked and packed as well as nuts and of course some good sandwiches and take away options are available. On top of the also non organic options.
The staff is always friendly and they really try to make their customers happy.

Store seems to have a lot of selection, but the isles are super narrow and almost claustrophobic and there’s a lot of things stocked in there which can be quite overwhelming. For me, the prices were the most shocking, it’s super expensive and same items are far less expensive in other stores. It seems to have a loyal clientele because I saw many people in the store, but my friend bought a few essentials and paid over $80, quite shocking

Well stocked, lots of products were available, price was resonable, fresh seafood was great, most of staff was very friendly, location was convenient, hot soup also was good. The only thing I didn't like about was a lady at checkout counter. Young black female (looked like 20s ) was not friendly at all😔 apart from that, it was great store. I will come back again!

Westerly is by far the worst place to shop for anything. It is so overpriced, that it helped me discover two other markets where my savings were over $28 less on the same four items that I am accustomed to buy repeatedly. Today was most likely the last time I shop here. Another item went up to $7.49, when is so easy to pay $6-6.50 ea in several other markets, like in Chelsea or the East to West village.
I have shopped this market since the $2.00 movie spot on 50th st days, and the culture was serviceable. Now, I noticed that the new workforce has rude staff, lack of business knowledge, and staff that have issues, like in those narrow aisles that some exhibit a bad attitude when you're are trying to pick up something and go thru. Lots of expired items around with overpriced tags. Like one item moving pretty good, and like ten others just reaching whatever date it has, just there, for a looong time. Food quality is very questionable when pretty much everyone has knocked down something while going thru the narrow aisles.
I'm an educated business consumer and consultant. And, I'm not the only one that can see the new management, staff and the unwelcoming air that they exhibit, when you have a question, and there demeanor is unwelcoming. I realized that, the lack of intelligence you see here with the staff, made me smarter, to find quickly two other alternatives and not have a reason to return to Westerly. Being overpriced putts you out of business eventually, because you generate more smart and conscious shopper that will skip your shop. But even I'm around the block as usual, I have chosen to not return. Even online shopping is cheaper if I have to add that in consideration.

Quality went down the hill!
I shopped 5 years ago a couple of times and fruits were top notch.

Last week I shopped two time and:
1) Organic oranges taste like from the cheapest Chinese stores in Brooklyn. Not just GMO (we all know that there is no such a thing as organic) but triple GMO ! No orange taste at all.

2) next day bought a box of Driscoll’s brand strawberies and half of the strawberries and are rotten or have mold on it.
