If I could give them 0 stars I would. The most incompetent management company I have ever come across. The most simple thing of getting the right address to mail a bill is exhausting and they can't get it right. I won't even go on about everything else, but if you can stay away from them at all costs I would and save yourself a lot of peace.

Be aware of this management company, they spray pesticides and insecticides WITHOUT ANY NOTICE . They have caused me serious respiratory problems and they never pick up the phone neither answer to any email when we called them to complain that the heavy insecticide smell was traveling through the wall to our home and specifically in my kitchenware for months.I have called the police on them but they explained that getting sprayed with chemicals isn't illegal... so be aware.

Nonexistent customer service.
I’ve made multiple calls and left simple, straightforward messages. Either they are incapable of comprehending ANYTHING - or are deliberately and conveniently ignoring my calls so they are not accountable. They could not be worse!
I, along with several other residents in my development, have expressed total dissatisfaction and enormous frustration dealing with Heritage Management. Our board needs to dump them. Total waste of our money.

They have repeatedly made mistakes with our billing due to us being renters and not the home owners at our unit. Just today I tried calling to cancel our payments as we are finally moving out of Heritage Hills, and lo and behold I am greeted with a message that because of an outage with Optimum that they can't receive phone calls. Though they do have an emergency line available and they are able to leave that message. So ridiculous, the level of customer service from these folks is horrendous.

Can we give negative stars? This company is good at collecting money. That's about it. There is no customer service. Their administrative practices seem to be rooted in the 1980s-- be prepared for red tape miles and miles long, excuses longer than your arm, and spending money on services you are not receiving.

This is an incredibly unprofessional company. Their staff are arrogant and rude, they do not reply to communication or meeting requests, and do not enforce rules for condo association tenants even when directed by the board of directors. They lie about their responsibilities and have no follow through. They’re even willing to be bullied by certain tenants to get their way. Do not hire this company.

Terrible unbelievable the worst you could ever live. They have all the money and don't fix anything. It's just terrible planning to Sell my house I've been waiting 7 months already and I can't. It has to be fixed and now I have to wait again so in other words. I can't sell it they're gonna have a lot of empty houses here
