We have experienced rampant harassment, bullying, ableism and sexism here by our condo board. Despite the fact that we pay a monthly fee for maintenance the board unlawfully refuses to fix major problems like with the sewage pipes and water damage their negligence caused. I know we are not alone, I have spoken to other victims. In my opinion, this is not a nice place to live if you’re handicapped, female and elderly. The town governance of Somers is also a problem.

We're here 10 years and love it. Beautifully maintained overall, 5 pools, onsite security and EMTs, gym, shuttle to train station, walking trails, tennis, playground, golf course and more.

Something to do for everyone in clubs, concerts, outings, travel, lectures, music, shows etc.

Pets welcome, and where we live, there are plenty of pups .

Yes, it's more expensive than some, but we think it's worth it.

There are approximately 35 HOA's. Check out the HOA for the home you're interested in for appearance, rules and financials before buying.
