Dined here about a couple months ago and enjoyed the delicious food and good service. There's an entrance to the restaurant from the front exterior of the mall (near the parking lot) and another entrance just a few steps inside of the Broadway Mall. Restaurant was very clean, bright, and spacious; has a very good dining atmosphere and décor. Restaurant was quiet when dined here for lunch. Waiter was attentive and courteous. We had the kinya ramen combos with takoyaki and shrimp tempura. The ramen broth was rich and a little creamy, noodles were great, pork was delicious, but the ramen egg had a very strong chemical taste, like it was possibly over-marinated. I love the complimentary prawn chips; it's a wonderful childhood nostalgia snack. Overall, the food was satisfying, delicious, and very filling.

I ordered the ramen combo (Kinya ramen + shrimp tempura) and a hot green tea (not pictured), and found everything to be delicious! Last time I tried the chicken wings, which were also really good.

The shrimp chips were on the house and reminded me of the colorful shrimp chips my grandma used to make! They also taste like the bagged versions from Asian supermarket - super crunchy too!

I had an exceptional dining experience thanks to Nick, our waiter. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. He provided great recommendations from the menu, explaining each dish with enthusiasm and detail, which made our choices easier. Nick made sure our drinks were always topped up, and he checked in just the right amount without being intrusive. His cheerful demeanor and professional service truly enhanced our evening. I would highly recommend requesting Nick if you’re dining here – he’s one of the best!

The food was very good. The Ramen bowls were large and filling. You should try the sushi tacos! It’s a seaweed wrap make to look like tacos!
We really wanted to try the shaved ice, but they didn’t have the strawberry syrup, and the worker who makes it was out 🤷🏽‍♀️.
Will definitely return another time.

Went here on Saturday night. Overall food is decent. If you are in the area and craving some ramen, this place would do. Otherwise there are other options available.

Our waitress was nick, he’s great don’t fire him! Would expect to see him on my next visit!!! The ramen tastes really good. I had the spicy soup base which was delicious!! Definitely recommend!!!
