WDF is family owned and operated farm located just upstate NY. (Farmer) Dave and his family are 100% hands on. These folks deliver first rate meat and poultry to their customers. I've been buying from Dave for a number of years now. Can't say enough good things about the quality of their product. Any time I have a question, I would email (or just call Dave directly) and my concern is addressed directly and personally. If you (like me) care about the quality of the meats that you consume, I highly recommend WDF.

I decided to try Wrong Direction Farm’s poultry based on their 5 star rating from the Cornucopia Institute. My order arrived as promised: on time & still frozen. Certified organic , pasture raised with no gamey taste;
just delicious goodness.

It took me a while to write a review because I wanted to order enough times to ensure that each and every time the quality hasn’t fluctuated or differed. I have been extremely happy w/ the products from this farm. The shipping is absolutely fantastic. I have ordered from another farm before, a bit closer. I ordered so much and it ended up thawing bc their company didnt have trackers or updates. With this farm, i get thorough updates but when I wasnt home for a while, i opened the box to find the products were frozen solid still. So basically they take care and pride in their shipping. As far as the products, thus far i have not had any issues , it tastes great. I only wonder if they ever will have the shares to buy that other farms around me do. I also appreciate that Dave has answered a call and emails swiftly. Overall to date, Im very satisfied and i foresee myself continuing to order from here unless something changes!

The quality of the poultry is top notch and they are very organized. I have tried to source organic meats directly from a few places and Wrong Direction Farm is above the rest. The meat is tender, juicy, and very flavorful and you can tell the owner Dave and his family are passionate about their mission and their customers. You can follow along with the latest farm developments and get recipe ideas from his informative blogs.

I am thrilled to have found a farm that I can trust for exceptional quality and service. Thank you Dave and team!

I did not have any experience with buying meat directly from a farm before starting to order from Wrong Direction. I started about 6-7 months ago and now get all my meat from here. It is so simple to order and have it shipped. Especially since I had already gotten used to ordering groceries online. Everything we have gotten has been really delicious. It’s really nice to not have any questions about anything gross coming in from the meat we eat. Dave and Rachel make it whole thing feel pretty personalized. Strongly recommend. Also I will say their butter is heavenly...expensive but so good as an occasional treat.

My partner and I started ordering from Wrong Direction Farm last month because we wanted to support farmers that treat their animals well and are responsible when dealing with the environment/nature. WOW the difference is incredible!! So far we've tried the beef chuck and chicken thighs, and they're incredible. Both taste and quality is fantastic and the portion size is perfect! Delivery is prompt, you get to pick a delivery date when you place your order. Our meat arrived on time, well packed, and freezing cold. We've officially been converted to WDF meats. Can't wait to try the rest of the farm's stock!

I have been ordering meat and poultry from wrong direction farm for over 4 years now. The taste and quality of their products are far above anything that can be bought in a grocery store. I get a lot of happiness knowing exactly where my meat is coming from and that the animals are being treated so well. Dave and Rachel put a lot of time and love into their farm and it shows in the quality of the products they produce!
