Very happy with the install years ago to my final shut off service (i am moving). Prompt response for every service call I placed and efficiently repaired/adjusted the issue. This is a family run company and it shows in the care and attention that you receive. We met with Scott last October to discuss a new system. He was very pleasant and extremely helpful. If you are a foodie, he will make your day. The installers did a wonderful job and you could never tell that they were here. The system needed a couple of "tweaks" the first year and Automatic came out several times without a problem. Debra is extremely efficient and helpful. If you are looking for a system that will give you years of trouble-free performance, Automatic deserves your strong consideration. Just don't get Scott started on Katz's Delicatessen.
