I've had a pond for 25 years and have been using Danner pumps, filters, UV lights, etc. for just about as long. The products are very reliable but if something does go wrong Danner customer service is excellent. I highly recommend their pond products.

Over 25 years ago I installed your E160713 Model 2 Utility Pump in my garden Waterfall Fountain.
Although STILL working I have just replaced it with a new Model 3 Aqua-Mag that looks identical to the first unit.

We shared with Priscilla and Steve the fact we were attempting to find a worn air-pump part not shown in any on-line sites (by anybody). They asked for my patience as they searched. Within 48 hours not only had they found a replacement for our worn-out internal air pump part, they were preparing to ship it to us, all free! We were shocked and elated. These pumps are not cheap but ours had given us more than the expected service life! I could only say "WOW", we remain sold on Danner's pond products and their service team! Such a rare experience!

I have used Pond Master pumps for years in my home Koi pond. They are quiet, efficient and effective. Priscilla in customer service was very helpful when I needed some replacement parts under warranty. I highly recommend Danner products!

These are by far the best pumps for ponds and fountains. I've had 2 ten plus years and never had to replace impellors. There media cartridges are also 5 stars compared to all others. They last 3 times longer with regular cleaning.
Contact via email and phone is also on par along with the generous warranty coverage. Always best to purchase USA made.

Bought a 3600 gph pump inline for my koi pond and within a week it stopped working. When I contacted Danner they requested emails and pictures of my setup. I complied with the very rude customer service rep. Sent pictures of my setup with measurements and a diagram of the plumbing since the pipes were buried. Never got any response from them. Sent 5 more emails and no response. Their rep made it very obvious she thought I would something wrong on the phone. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. If this is how they are going to treat people then they just need to close the doors. Bought a alpine pump and have had no problems.

Truly outstanding customer service. I have been a faithful Pondmaster customer for years, using both the magdrive pumps and the UV clarifiers in my pond. They not only work extremely well but on the off chance that something goes wrong, they stand behind their warranty 100%. And, they recently replaced a part to my clarifier that had deteriorated with age (normal wear), for free, saving me from having to buy a whole new unit. Who does that nowadays Danner does, and I'm so grateful!

Buyer Beware..............

The worst pond filtration products in the industry along with The worst customer service in the pond business, Deceptive sales methods to sell a product without full disclosure of issues that has been observed or reported, terrible business practices.

I have had ponds for almost 20 years so iam not an amateur at this and I have used many high end brands out there, so last fall I decided to renovate and upgrade my pond and decided to go with Pondmaster for the pond equipment, what a mistake that was, I had bought the clearguard filter,pondmaster pump, pondmaster uv light, and extra pond master uv light inserts to go into the filter for clearer and better water quality and everything was connected based on the recommendations of pondmaster service place of purchase and danner manufacturing the manufacturer of pondmaster,  so a few weeks into it the filter started to be a problem, Terrible Water Flow, Doesn't pick up the waste as it should, Backwashing mode is unefficient and it took a while to get to someone at pondmaster and was able to speak to someone and was told that the clearguard has been known to be problematic and due to the decreased size of the outlet diameter it restricts the water flow and that tends to be a broblem with the water cycle and water flow etc. etc. etc. and remember this is not listed anywhere as part of the item description or as far as the explanation of required water flow to achieve the goal in hand and was also leaking from the neck of the unit, so was told to speak to the manufacturer danner manufacturing. I called them and was passed on to a Priscilla and after the huffing and puffing of what an inconvenience and a pain I was and that there is nothing that could be done and that I should speak back to pondmaster service from where the unit was purchased, so I called them back again and after speaking with Tracy and was told that the unit is not the best outthere and that there isn't any parts available for the unit, and how danner manufacturing was having management issues and that I should of bought the pf4000 it has better flow and it produces better water quality. Since I have really nice and expensive Japanese triple AAA koi fish and didn't want to loose any of them I went through with Tracy's idea and bought the pf4000 and it took 6 months to receive due to the Excessive and Poor Communication Channels between pondmaster and Danner I received the filter and had it installed and within minutes it was leaking from the drum, the canister strap area, the outlet, and water was still going to the outlet even it was on backwash mode and yes I do turn off the water before switching from one mode to the other, so I called again and spoke to Steve I believe the technician and sent him pics and videos, then was transferred again to Priscilla with the same ritual of "iam doing you a favor as we are not obligated etc." and was sent some parts to replace on the unit, after the replacement of the parts and re installation of the unit whatever was done didn't rectify the problem so ow I have a pondmaster clearguard and a pondmaster pf4000 that are memorabilia items in the pond museum.
