Corbin Hill Food Share has been a huge supporter of our project. Provide raw honey that we use for CBD/THC infusion. The staff is always friendly, supportive and resourceful. I recommend CHF when sourcing quality products and service to the community.

Corbin Hill Farm Project is affordable, convenient and fresh. However, their customer service is so horrendous that I had to cancel my account. Because my automatic billing went through one day late, they refused me at the door or a YOGA STUDIO!! They had sent me a confirmation the week before, so I had made arrangements to pick up the share in advance. It was the end of the service period in the evening and all of the vegetables were going to be donated in less than ten minutes. I came in and they said my name was not on the list, even though I had paid. They said I could come back next week and apply that payment. I was denied service and left, completely insulted and humiliated. Needless to say, I will be going to another farm share - even if it is less convenient. People shouldn't make you feel small; no matter how good the deal is.

We love the organization, and the feeling that we get healthy food while supporting healthy food options throughout our community. We get great recipes and have tried new vegetables every year, with our kids. Only drawback is that it is stressful to get through all the food within a week or a month, and the truck can get stuck coming south, so occasionally there are pick-up delays or changes. But we've been happy members for years.

I have been a member for 4 years now, and I love my weekly farmshare! I miss it when it's not in season! I've experienced a variety of new vegetables and learned a lot of new recipes. I've never had an issue with my site or customer service.

After 3 years and 5 seasons with Corbin Hill, I am finally canceling my service. In 2015, their pick up site routinely closed early without notice, which meant on several occasions I had paid for my weekly share and did not receive any produce, nor a refund. This year, 2016, a glitch in my account resulted in a false negative balance, that still--over a month later--has not been rectified, nor have I received a response from the organization.

Would not recommend. Pay the extra $10 a week and get a CSA share run by anyone else.

While the produce is great and relatively cheap, the customer service is simply disgusting. Every time you need something, there is an excuse or the blame game on Farmigo. The President and CEO is a joke and might be the ruddiest of them all.

PLEASE, save yourself the headache and get your produce from elsewhere.

Great Experience. I loved the produce and the staff running my local site. Had a few issues sometimes but the staff has always been responsive to my concerns. Would recommend to friends and others.
