These guys are the best. I bought a prime rib from them and they hooked it up perfectly.

Trimmed the fat, seasons the roast, then cut the bones off and warped them to the roast for easy serving

And even wrapped it in tin foil.

All I had to do was plope it in the oven and serve.

It was incredible

I even got a bunch of fat scraps for making my own beef tallow.

I’ve got a lot of respect for this butcher shop. I stumbled on Sal’s during the Covid-19 crisis as it was difficult to find a butcher that didn’t require a 2 day wait for a steak. Normally in the food industry you’d think that lack of high demand would make them inferior to other butchers but that’s far from the case. Everytime I step into Sal’s I’m greeted with the same friendly faces, and the quality of the meat is incredible! Whenever I need a tri tip, they are my first stop

Delicious and tender cuts. Frozen sirloin burgers the best on the grill and the pork roast is superb. Customer service couldn't be beat. Anthony even strives to keep your pets happy - mine has a supply of bones.

I live local but I would drive a 100 miles to Sal and Anthony, Gentlemen, best meat , the only place to get the best pork chops and very fare prices

This has been my go to place for fresh Meat since I moved out to Long Island. Sal and his son always greet their customers as if they known them forever. I highly recommend the porter house steaks and the rack of lamb, you can’t find that quality of meats in any supermarket around.

Best butcher shop hands down. Meat is soft and tender no matter the cut, plus great sausage and yummy Italian pantry goods. Also, SO freakin nice treat you like family and great music 🙂 all around great place must visit!
