I am so grateful for the entire team at the Inn at Great Neck. I secured a block of rooms and planned a luncheon within a very short time period. The staff went above and beyond. From my very first call to Gabrielle to my daily interactions with Jennifer, the event staff were prompt, attentive, compassionate and courteous. The luncheon space was absolutely beautiful and the food delicious - a terrific value for the price. Family members were raving about the potato salad of all things. Patrick managed the room with efficiency and grace. Even the bell hop handled the influx of cars in a timely manner and with a smile. I am so grateful for everyone's efforts.

I should note the hotel rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed. The week-day continental breakfast is very good and helped make our stay easier. With the exception of the lobby temperature being quite hot, the stay was comfortable and served as a nice refuge after several long days.

The hotel is quite lovely, and its location is ideal. Breakfast is complimentary and pleasant, though the selection could be more diverse.This hotel is a real gem, perfectly placed for exploring. The free breakfast is a nice touch, although a bit more variety would be great. The rooms are comfy and stylish, making it a relaxing place to stay. Plus, the staff is super friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. It's the kind of place you'd happily recommend to friends.

The location of The Inn is absolutely 5 stars! Just a five-minute walk to the train station, with great coffee shops and food spots nearby. The staff and valet were super kind and attentive, making sure we were comfortable. In that sense, the hotel really stands out.

But the room itself was pretty rough. The AC/heat didn’t work, though the hotel engineer was nice enough to bring us a standup fan. The bed only had a top sheet over a dirty bed pad—no bottom sheet. We were freezing as the comforter was super thin. The pillows were flat and lumpy. The shower curtain felt gross, and there were stains on the walls, including a big white one above the bed (yikes).

Maybe they’re remodeling as I could heard either hammers or really loud radiators all around us, but honestly our room felt old and neglected. We’d probably only stay here again for the location, which is a shame because the rest of the experience didn’t live up to that standard.

The staff and the hotel are top notch! The restaurant on site in the hotel has good quality food & a newly added sushi bar! I came to this hotel from out of state to recuperate from surgery and I had no complaints! Would definitely recommend!

Very nice front desk staff! My room was available early! Room large ( we had a basic room) with Keurig coffee maker ,refrigerator desk and chair. Daily housekeeping. Very clean and quiet. Did not use the gym- can't say how it was. Saw a bar in the lobby- looked very nice- a number of people were sitting around!

Helpful polite people at front desk!! We were staying there for my daughters' wedding. Room was ready early- that was amazing! My room was perfect! Not dated( that is the style).Keruig coffee maker and refrigerator in room. Deep soaking tub. Big counter with great lighting to put makeup on.Overall excellent hotel!

It's a beautiful space. BUT: The doorknob on the INSIDE of my room was completely detached. It took me a few minutes to manage to get OUT of my room. What a huge fire safety issue. It had clearly happened a long time ago and no one repaired it. Also, the heat was set at 75 degrees - which is way too hot for us. I kept lowering it, but it kept going back to 75 degrees. I asked friends in the morning, and they said they had the same problem. I had an awful night of sleep.

I had an amazing experience, the place was clean, all the staff is really friendly and professional, Rene was my valet parking, he always had a smile on his face, he was really cool and friendly. Claudia was leaving my room very impeccable every day and she was also very sweet. I definitely enjoyed staying Inn at Great Neck 10/10
