Amazing amazing amazing! Cannot hype this place up enough. We LOVED it. Fresh, healthy, seasonal and local ingredients, and delicious pastries. The chocolate pistachio ganache croissant is to die for, as is the savory kimchi white cheddar croissant! And don’t sleep on the BEC sandwich on sourdough. The seasonal salad also looked out of this world- definitely getting that next time.

Food was amazing. I grew up in France & could feel a lot of that influence here. This is obviously a popular place so there was a bit of a line but it moved fairly quick. The pastries looked amazing!

We loved the pain au chocolate. My avocado toast was so flavorful. The fresh squeezed orange juice was to die for. My husband loved his egg sandwich & cold brew as well!

I mean listen, we are in the Hamptons and things are expensive. But holy smokes this place is not worth it.
The coffee was fine, but was $6 for a tiny glass filled to the brim with ice, not to mention a $1 charge for literally a “splash” of oat milk. The 3 sips of coffee I had were good, but that’s an absurd price.
The pastries were fine, the cookie was great. But the other pastries we had were stale as if they’d been sitting out for a while. Which again, normally I wouldn’t totally mind, it if I wasn’t paying so much money or waiting in line for them.
The staff were all friendly and this has nothing to do with them, but the overall experience was pretty ridiculous for the price we paid.
Go to a local bakery, drink some local coffee. This is all hype, no delivery.

Update after owner's reply:
We were group of 4 people, not 20 people. You may mistake us with other mistreated customers. I am fully aware of food price and environment in Hampton, and I have visited other restaurants in the area. You definitely have Hampton attitude, but food and service is not up to standard.

It was nightmare customer service we have experienced. They were busy when we arrived. The server at the door told us to go inside register and order for dine in. While we were walking in, an older lady with glasses (manager/owner ?) yelled at us and told us to go back outside and wait on the other line. She may had a bad day, but she was definitely nasty and full of attitude. It finally sorted it out after she talked to server at the door. I felt bad for the server after hearing their conversation, she yelled at the server for entire two minutes in front of a big crowd.

After we got the food, it was a dispointment. Portion was small for both food and drink, definitely over price for what they charge. The bread for roasted beef sandwiches was very tough, my teeth hurt so much that I can't finish the other half.

I hope the management can see this and improve customer service. Nobody deserves what we experienced.

Obsessed. Excellent food and very helpful, friendly staff in an elegantly-designed location. Lori was kind enough to recommend several dishes that all sounded good so we didn’t hold back: the Vietnamese Chicken & Rice Soup, Smoked & Braised Brisket Sandwich, Smashed Potato’s and Avocado Toast that we’re perfectly prepared. We also ended up getting some beautiful black tea, a matcha latte, and regular latte with a couple monkey bread bites to wrap up our meal. My only regret is not being able to order everything on the menu! Sometimes when one is asked whether a new place is good out here, I hear people say “it’s pretty good...for the Hamptons”. Carissa’s is a fabulous eatery, full stop.

Well executed concept here. The place is well put together, although I was confused about their bar section.

Good place to have an informal breakfast - nice selection of pastries and curated drinks.

No table service. Communal table available. Outside seating.

Parking is limited during weekends.

Hamptons vibe if you care.

THE WORST PLACE IN HAMPTONS!!!!
I went here for lunch. After eating my meal, I had to attend a zoom meeting and I chose to attend it there. My meeting started and understandably I was in the meeting, the manager or something like that, a lady came up to me and said "you have eaten your meal, I need a table, people are waiting, please get up", I said that I was in the meeting and I would get up when it was over. But the lady got angry and said very angrily, "Your meal is over, get up, I need the table" and I was in the middle of the meeting, everyone in the meeting heard this. One of the most shameful moments I've ever experienced. It's a disgraceful place, minimally decorated just for show, but IT'S A DISGRESSIVE RUDE PLACE. This lady was an old lady, with medium length hair, thin and quite rude and disgraceful. I definitely do not recommend it, do not waste your money!!!!!!!!!

Wr came to this place with friends , we were very hungry , ordered shakshuka, but it was so spicy! that we couldn't eat it. At our request to change dish, we were refused, saying that the usual shakshuka is prepared like this with hot spicy peppers. But we ate shakshuku a million times before and meet like this for the first time, we were all very upset. They was to cold and disrespectful for us , not recommend
