so so yummy. do not sleep on their cookies, i waited less than 15 minutes to get fresh baked ones and they were so so good. the staff was really sweet and friendly and their ice cream was really yummy too! we were taking a while to figure out what we wanted to order and they were very helpful and patient with us. we also had a coffee milkshake that was also good. no complaints about anything that we got, overall was a nice time with good snacks. dont forget about their cookies!

The ice cream was enjoyable, and the staff was friendly. Although the waffle I had was tasty, I felt let down that it came prepackaged. Considering the abundance of great food places on Long Island, I had hoped they would prepare their own waffle batter.

This is one of my favorite local dessert spots. It's perfect, especially if you've had a big dinner but still want to satisfy your sweet tooth. The regular cup is just the right size. They offer a variety of flavors, and if I'm not mistaken, they even have a vegan options, which is a nice touch. You get to pick your flavors and pile on the toppings you want. The fruit is always fresh, and the staff is consistently friendly. I give this place a 10 out of 10, not just for the quality of the ice cream but also for their excellent customer service. Even though they're often busy, the service is quick. If you're looking to treat yourself, I highly recommend this spot. You won't be disappointed!

Anu worked a Saturday all by herself & it was my first time here & she was very patient & helpful!

The ice process is super cool & the ice cream is 10x better! The vegan ice cream is also AMAZING my wife love it!!!

The inside is also very cool & chill space

10/10 will return !!!!

Was visiting the area, and decided to look up a vegan ice cream place and came across SWEET CHARLIE'S. They do the rolled ice cream and they make it right in front of you, so many great vegan flavors and options and of course regular ice cream as well. I got cookies and cream with a fresh baked sugar cookie on the bottom and my best friend got vanilla vegan ice cream with a sugar cookie on the bottom of well. BIG PLUS the toppings are FREE! Great fresh options of amazing toppings. Would highly recommend this place to anyone! CHECK THEM OUT!

Honestly I drove 43 mins from city to just try this after my friend told he loved this place.
I ordered “Monkey See” rolled ice cream oh it was for sure heaven, as me being on diet i don’t like it too sweet and it was really perfect not too sweet and with a rich taste.
I brought the coupon from Groupon and it was really a worth try for a weekend drive till there.
Really accommodating staff and friendly vibes.
Will for sure come again ❤️.

One of the few places that seems less about making money and more about making a good product and a happy customer. Getting ice cream on a waffle or donut anywhere is good, but make all toppings free and making it look asthetically pleasing, and good tasting is something else! They're open till 11, which is nice too. It's a great spot that I'll definitely go to more often. I want to try them all!

Best spot for a delicious late night treat! 🙌🏼 I’ve tried their Death By Chocolate and S’more Please ice cream flavors, Peanut butter cookie, and Fruity Pebbles Waffle.🤤 The staff is super friendly, sweet, and take all the necessary safety measures like mandatory masks and social distancing to create a safe environment for their customers. Plus, they're open till midnight!
