Jumped in line with 5 people ahead of me and waited 10 minutes to place order.

Gave my name and stood around for 20 minutes till food was ready.

The grilled 1/4 chicken has decent flavors. The side dishes were on the small side. I did not cycle today and still felt hungry after this meal.

Super slow service and quite disorganized. The order process needs improvement and you can’t hear your name called. Also not sure where to pick up your food.

It’s rare that I find myself confused and surrounded by chaos while your stomach is empty.

$16.29 for for a meal that is unfulfilling and I surmise to be worth $11. I googled GLATT KOSHER: “refers to meat from animals with smooth or defect-free lungs.”

So possibly that’s where the $5.29 premium is justified? Also, credit cards incur a surcharge. Seating is limited…

They encourage a 5 star Google review by offering 25% off. How about a 3 star review then?

Finally came here for the first time after several failed attempts because they were closed. I always love charcoal grilled chicken and this place was my first time trying, it didn't fail me. Received a discount at the registry for giving 5 stars review before even trying the food (I did say that to the cashier guy, and I did it anyway-that's the funny part). Ordered Portuguese rice bowl with grilled chicken and salad bowl with grilled chicken, side order of the plantains (I love plantains-love the way they cook their plantains). Must try if you are in the area.

This was my first visit at the Carl place location
The employees who take the orders took the orders were very kind and helpful. It was a little bit of wait for the food but that is because it is fresh and they have a lot of business. It is also a kosher establishment so you cannot bring anything from outside. Which is

I was highly satisfied with the food it is really good I tried their charcoal chickens with their macaroni salad and the grilled corn I was happy with all of it and it was worth the money

I ordered 5 Portuguese rice bowls tonight and the rice is not cooked at all. I drove an hour back and forth only to find my food inedible. I’ve been a long time customer of this establishment and would order this every time. I called to complain about the issue with my food and they told me that the manager would call back which they never did. They also told me they knew about the issue with the rice and claimed it was “only today” as if that solves the issue. This experience really changed my perspective of Chimichurri as an establishment. I won’t be going back until something changes. They also severely reduced their portion of chicken in the rice bowl, so we’re all left hungry after tonight. Extremely disappointed.

Well over rated. Over priced. The only thing you get a lot of is oil. Barely 1 oz of chicken in portuguese rice bowl.
They incentivate you to leave a 5 star review on google so that they give you %25 off. Thats not honest. Very cheap operation

I've review this Place before but Miraculously It dissapeared from Google review. We first kept trying this spot because We had just moved to the neighborhood. Each time Just got progressively worse until the Trash service could not Justify the mediocre food and we found better restaurants in Carle Place. After half a year we decided to try it again, I called to order for Pickup without even getting past 2 minutes of what seemed like an employee who was too high to take my order and Was giving an unneccessary amount of Attitude because he didn't understand the items I was repeating back to him from the menu. Worst customer service Ever they should turn it into a gimmick where they can charge you for Bad service they might Actually deliver that way!

I had a wonderful time with me and two girlfriend we went out for lunch the place is wonderful the experience was great the food was delicious the price is reasonable. We all had a great meal workers very friendly
Hospitality was great .we had a great time .I would recommend this place to everyone
