Went here for a quick weekend getaway. There's not that much to walk to but its very close to Corning and is just on the other side of the thruway from a bunch of stores. The staff was real nice. Quick checking in. Was put on the 1st floor. The shade was down upon entering the room and that was because it was broken and wouldn't roll up. The entire place had recently been remodeled but still had the occasional aged parts. The indoor pool was pretty cold but its also mid winter so cant really expect much there. Breakfast was decent besides the stove being down so there was no eggs & such. 3 EV chargers there. Both Tesla plugs started at 32 amps but bounced around ~16 amps once you were charging a bit. No one else was using them so there is some sort of issue wiring causing them both to not work 100%.
Overall was very happy with the experience. Im sure business is slow this time of the year but quality is still there.

Excellent location. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice pool. His breakfast. Friendly staff. Have stayed here several times on way to Toronto. Highly recommend it. Will stop here again for sure. Was just disappointed that the exercise room was out of order.

Our experience here was amazing, from the time we checked in through all four night we stayed. Everything was very clean, our room was comfy and perfect. Breakfast had many options and was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here and we'll be back for sure.

Hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I traveled to Niagara Falls and on the drive back I drove til I got tired. Pulled over and I booked something close-by on hotels.com but accidentally booked this for the next weekend. I called and they were really polite on the phone and said they would help me when I got there and to come on. When I showed up, Kevin at the desk (and a girl whose name I can’t recall) helped me to be able to cancel that reservation and gave me a discount on my room for the trouble we had with the hotels.com website. Told me merry Christmas and to enjoy my stay. We also talked about Niagara Falls and they looked at my pics. They stood and talked for a few minutes til I went to my room. Very pleasant workers. I forgot my toothbrush and went back down and he gave me one. They offer breakfast. The shower was clean. Keurig in room with several options. Extra towels. Super clean rooms. The bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone in the area.

This is a very nice hotel and the staff was excellent. My issue is that all the hotels are using scented products to clean or to mask to make them smell clean, which is very damaging to an asthmatic and actually is damaging to everybody. They don’t realize how they affect people the chemical sense attached to your clothing. I wish they would go back to old-fashioned cleaners with no fragrance in them even out in the lobby they had to plug-in and those are very bad for you as well

There’s a lot of people I actually talk to that say when they go to hotels, they go in fine but when they come out, they are stuffy
It’s because there’s no airflow anymore can’t open windows and these fragrances just stick in fabrics carpets
I’m 64 traveled a lot and over the past 10 years these fragrances have been really pushed a lot of people have allergies now when you put a lot of them together, it’s a chemical reaction
I just wish you’d stop using them and then we could all travel more other than that. The hotel was wonderful. The people were great. They try to accommodate the best they could.

We stayed here for the Wine Glass Marathon. Rooms were very clean and newly upgraded. We really enjoyed the breakfast.

Brooklyn who was working breakfast was very helpful with her suggestions of where to eat around town.

Hotel was great for the race, the only thing to note is it's on the race course, so once we left in the morning we weren't sure if we could get back before the end of the race, but that wasn't an issue for us.

I stayed at the Painted Post location for 3 days. On each day, the availability of hot coffee in the morning was missing. On day 1 and 2, the coffee was Luke warm and appeared to be from the prior day. Fresh hot coffee should be an essential part of customer courtesy and a relatively inexpensive amenity. On the final morning, I had to embark on a lengthy journey without the benefit of a nice cup of coffee as the coffee ran out and the time to brew more seemed to be an endless wait. I hope this issue is corrected or I will choose other accommodations.

This is a horrible hotel. People disappear, do drugs and the management runs the place like her own personal house. She let's her kids sleep n disappear on the clock and they don't get fired. They don't appreciate the workers n don't wanna pay them correctly. There is drugs on the property. They don't matience any machines there 4 they don't work most of the time. Building is old n falling apart. Very little up keep is done. There are mice in some rooms. The manager carl is wonderful though. Good luck.
