Been super excited to learn so much about trees and propagation from Akiva's videos, and phenomenal book, "Trees of Power". Just got in my first Bob Gordon elderberry cuttings in from a local place here in KY and using his book to keep me on track!

I ordered several trees from Twisted Tree. Some of them did flourish, about 40% of them promptly died, despite proper care and attention. Akiva is not responsive when it comes to questions unfortunately. I was hoping to make this my go to nursery for life, but it just wasn't a good fit.

This is my favorite out of state nursery. Akiva focuses on some very beautiful, powerful important species and I’m inspired by it. I ordered several trees from him this past season and all are doing great. The Scotia elderberries we’re massive when they arrived and are already 4 feet tall.
Thanks Akiva, please keep doing what you’re doing.

I've ordered from Twisted Tree these last few years now and I'm more impressed with every delivery! They've accommodated my specific requests with a smile and my trees and plants have always arrived healthy and surprisingly generous in size - especially when their affordability is considered. This is not a business, it is a sanctuary. So grateful for Akiva's stewardship of the land. Myself and many many of my neighbors bought trees and shrubs and received valuable guidance from Akiva. I hope to bring many more vibrant life forms from Twisted Tree to our property.
