Haven’t been in a while due to pricing but decided to get their chicken riggies tonight… such a disappointment. I understand we ordered an HOUR before closing but you can still put effort in especially when this cost $18.99….. the sauce was 90% water. The chicken was their chicken tenders not chicken cutlet. Won’t be going back!

Been here a few times on the weekend now around lunch time. I'm not sure why, or if this is common, but they NEVER have slices available around lunch time.

I've been here three times now. The first time that a pizza coming out of the oven and we're able to get me a couple slices, but they are very inconsistent with when they are available. I would like to eat here, but can't because I keep wasting half my lunch break or more.

GUYS just go to pasquales! Decent food and super quick delivery, I'm talking like 30 min max. One day the guy showed up 20 min after I ordered and the food was all there and delicious. Twin Trees is overhyped and there are definitely other options in the FM area.

2 stars only because the delivery driver was fantastic.

Fries were soggy/DRIPPING oil, pizza was soggy/raw (my kids who were anxiously awaiting their pizza took a couple bites and refused to eat anything more. They usually LOVE all pizza!) One styrofoam box was stuck to the other and when I finally got it off the styrofoam was all warped. Opened to find the chicken had melted styrofoam all over it.

Can't get through on the phone to ask for a refund. All of this food (except the salad which looks to be the only edible item I received) will be going in the trash. $36 wasted and completely disgusted.

We walked in to order and did not have to wait long. Maybe 15-20 minutes for our two large pizzas to be finished. They have a few coupon options as well as a military discount available. Pizza was very tasty and not too greasy.

Unless you're throwing a Chuck E. Cheese-style kids birthday party I would suggest one of the other places in town. The pizza is mediocre, with a weird cut and no consistency in size. It's definitely a "take-out only" kind of place. Honestly, it's only worth it if you live within 5 minutes. Otherwise, try somewhere else. 🍕

I got the boneless spicy garlic wings once and they were great, the next 4 times i ordered them ( @ $33.50 for 24) they were burned and this dark or worse. I ordered again today wings and a sausage and pepperoni pizza and it came with pineapple and sausage. They are a business that doesn't care much about reoccurring customers and customer service. They are not the only pizza shop around as they seem to have forgotten. Its fine just no more of my business.

Twin Trees is by far the Best of Syracuse! The two females working the counter last night were hurried and snarky rather than warm and fuzzy and welcoming as the previous reviewer stated. Still got a 20% + from me for counter service from me just out of principle. Literally my pizza was brought out and thrown onto the counter. No smiles, no interaction, no “have a great weekend”...being a restaurant person at their age, I was very aware of the importance of customer service and kindness.

Just ordered a pizza and the confirmation said it would take an hour and a half to deliver a couple blocks down the road from their store. This was too long so I called go cancel and was told the driver would be there any minute, so I waited another 45 minutes and called back because still no delivery... I was told yet again this time that they spoke to the driver and I was next, 20 minutes later I called for the THIRD TIME. This time they finally canceled my order, an hour and a half after I placed it... will not order again and definitely warn against ordering here if you are hungry when you order.
