I have enjoyed Zomicks cakes, Challahs, and breads immensely. Unfortunately they need to be immensely more careful and alert about the freshness, quality, and about the turnover of their products. None of their cakes Challahs, rolls, or any of their products on display, with valid dates, should be stale or taste not fresh. They need to refocus on the authentic meaning of the phrase, "truly freshly baked!" Long dated, even if it tastes ok, which was not my experience, is not truly fresh, and its not what is expected from Zomick's.

Overly sweet , every item is With the highest amount of sugar ,most fatty cremes and other junk that can be placed in to this highly processed unnatural bakery. Nothing heimish about this place besides its supervision. If you want great bakery , real heimish and not overly sweet go anywhere else.
