Limited selection of products, mostly catered to Hispanic community. Employees tend to look at you funny if you don't look Hispanic. I look straight up white, and I've caught them several times talking badly about customers in Spanish only for them to be surprised when they realize I understood everything they said. The store is generally clean and well stocked, for what they do offer, but prices are waaaay too high. You can easily spend $50 on milk, bread, eggs, a box of cereal, and a small pack of meat. Wish more supermarkets would open up close by so they had some competition. This area of Far Rock is *not* filled with people living an affluent life. The only time I come to this place anymore is when I need to get something quickly, and it's never without hesitation. I don't use the butcher dept so I can't speak on that, but the deli dept has some of the more friendly employees, although, looking behind that counter, they could stand to do some deep cleaning back there. I've seen worse, but I've also seen way better.

TL,DR: Customer service needs work, selection needs to be expanded, cleanliness and stock are decent, prices are exorbitant for the neighborhood demographic. Other supermarkets might be farther away, but the extra time walking there is more worth it than coming here.

BEWARE A MANAGER OR A WORKER IN THIS STORE IS SKIMMING EBT CARDS. AND ACCEPTING SKIMMED EBT CARDS. I DON’T SHOP HERE BECAUSE THEY ARE WAY TOO EXPENSIVE AND THE ONE TIME THAT I DID MY EBT CARD WAS WIPED OUT.I CALLED 911 AND I WROTE A POLICE REPORT. BE MINDFUL WHEN SHOPPING HERE!

SUPERMARKET Is way too expensive, I feel like if there was more supermarkets In our areas they wouldn’t be this expensive, they feel like just cause they the only supermarket around they take the advantage of being greedy, we need more and better supermarkets because this 1 ain’t it.

I only go to this supermarket if I need something fast. Parking is very bad to get in and out of. Their prices are higher than at Key Food. Another problem is that they still charge you for the bags they use to put your groceries in and they don't tell you. You find out when you look at the receipt.

Too expensive and noisy and RUDE. I went there one day to pick up a few items and I had my cart. The guy who checks bags in the front was sooo rude. He spoke to me like I was an unruly inmate and snatched my cart and thrust the ticket at me. Then a Spanish speaking woman walked in and he treated her respectfully. I will never go there ever again. I'll stick with Key food.

Workers are kind and cheerful. Usually helpful to customers.

I have noticed, over time, that they try to provide the products that are popular with the clientele ( ex. If you inquire about an item that they don't carry, you may surprisingly find it there within a week or two).
