I was in the neighborhood a couple of weeks ago and popped in to pick one item. I found a very well stocked store with helpful and courteous staff … but what impressed me most was the excellent quality of fresh fruits and vegetables. I now make a weekly trip though I live right opposite a large supermarket 2 miles away, and pass many others on my way! Thank you Food Universe! (Will remember to take photos next week)

Employees are helpful ,very nice.l bought tropical flour for $6:99 they charged me $7:99. I came back and confront the manager. He checked the price went up they were supposed to change to.$7:99.they did not .He credit it for $6:99. Very nice.They are my friends. Good neighborhood market store.l give them 5 star's

I went to Bravo after work it was a little after 5 and it was a moderate crowd. I just picked up what I needed, and out in no time. I had no problem with social distancing there was someone there guiding customers to the checkout counter.

The kindness of the staff makes it a welcome place to shop. Smiles , and people greeting you up and down the aisles. My checkout cashier even offered a free promotional item and had someone bring it up front for me when I was too tired to go back and get the goods. There are bigger markets ,out there but this one makes you really feel at home.

The produce usually never lasts because they’re not fresh. They rot within 1-2 days of purchasing. The bread isn’t fresh either. Prices are also a bit high.

Husband and I Went to this store yesterday let me tell you this store had the lays stack of chips (BBQ) on the shelves still and the CHIPS EXPIRED TWO MONTHS AGO IN MAY ANOTHER SAID APRIL..WE ARE AT THE END OF JULY. THEY DO NOT CHECK THE DATES IN THIS STORE. HOW ARE YOU ALWAYS HAVING EMPLOYEES STOCK SHELVES BUT YOU HAVE EXPIRED PRODUCTS ON THE SHELVES FROM TWO MONTHS AGO..THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE WITNESS EXPIRED PRODUCTS ON THE SHELVES IN THIS STORE. THANK GOD MY HUSBAND NOTICED THAT.. HE ALWAYS PAYS ATTENTION TO THOSE THINGS. My husband ended up getting me the wise BBQ. IT'S RIDICULOUS IT REALLY IS. WE SPENT $57.00 IN THIS STORE. THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE MORE THROUGH WITH EMPLOYEES ON THAT. THAT IS A SERIOUS HEALTH HAZARD. OTHER SHOPPERS MIGHT NOT CHECK THE DATES LIKE I ALWAYS DO WHEN I GROCERY SHOP. THIS STORE IS ALSO SEVERELY OVER PRICED. JUST RIDICULOUS.

Bravo have good produce that’s usually fresh. They have lots of items needed for Caribbean cooking needs but are limited in terms of organic items. The prices are really good and checkout is usually not bad on weekdays.

I went there and bought kids the danimals smoothies on April 1st...my daughter said it tasted funny so I checked the expiration date. The date was April 02 2022.... not good at all. They need to check dates and take things like that off the selves
