I love this store there is currently a raffle going on for 250$and fruit I think I'm gonna win. I love the tooki granola bars as well really recommend them

Wouldn't recommend it. Way overpriced and not customer friendly. I purchased a pack of chicken and when I got home and opened it I nearly passed out. The smell was absolutely horrible. It smelled like ancient fish and chemicals. I went back to the store and asked for a refund and was told that I couldn't get one because I used an EBT card. Even though I had just spent well over 60 dollars there So I was forced to buy various items with "store credit" I will NEVER shop there again! I will definitely stick with Key food.

This is a fantastic local kosher supermarket, offering all kosher products found elsewhere. The store is a pleasure to shop at, with helpful staff, clean and bright store with never having to wait long (if at all) for checkout lines. The prices are generally very reasonable and their sales are great. They also have a lot for free parking.
Parking lot is now re-paved!
Very helpful customer service, and they bag groceries too!

I am always the person who enjoys going into the store to shop, but was unable to do so this week, so I chose to have a delivery after a friend had told me about them. Their website is easily accessible, and you have a choice to click your order (no hidden prices here) or choose to email your shopping list. Additionally, their customer service, and promptness in reaching out and returning calls to customers is unheard of. When I mentioned a mistake that was made on their part, no attitude was given, they just apologized and fixed it. I will be a return customer. Truly a hidden gem.

So I just moved to the neighborhood. Figured I give this market a shot since its steps away from my front door.
Nice selection, but pricey.
Check-out was thee worst. As I'm getting my card out to pay, while keeping an eye out for my special needs child, the guy who bagged my stuff just thrusts it inches from my face. The cashier is just staring waiting for me to pay while im now struggling with my groceries and card in hand. So rude!
Gave it another chance, today I needed a quick frozen pizza after i picked my children up from school, and my son kept saying hi to the cashier (9yrs, autistic). She blatantly ignored him and had the ultimate b!tch face. Finally, she said "Yea?" Like he was a peasant. RUDE RUDE RUDE. I will never shop in there again. Rather walk to Key food. Good sales and super friendly.

It’s great to have a Heimish supermarket in the area and the only one to service the greater Far Rockaway / Five Towns community. Love that they have Der Voch a publication of all the happenings in the Chassidish world and all of the heimish products. I’m personally impressed with his personal delivery for a mistake on an item.

Great selection and even greater service. While name has changed over the years not much else has the experience continues to be the same with minor improvements. Overall this is a great stop from the basics to keeping the houses stocked with last-minute items as well as long term weekly needs.
Also the Thursday, Friday offerings are great with some of the best Heimish staples and baked goods that I've ever tasted this includes some cool speciality items not available elsewhere like gala amd other traditional goodies.
