Wayne and two of his team members cooked a memorable tapas feast for a group of 16 women during my bachelorette party. His attention to detail planning the menu and accommodating different dietary restrictions was unmatched. The food and service was incredible. If you want an experience you will never forget, take a culinary trip with Chef Wayne. We, who have dined in Europe and the finest in NYC, all commented on the sheer depth and breadth of each dish, Nuanced and subtle taste pairings, hot and cold combined and unexpected. 5 courses (we skipped soup) of lovely, delicate, and delicious food!!!!! Now let’s talk about the Chef himself: kind, quiet, busy…who set our table, lit our candles, washed our dishes, served us, and packaged our leftovers for the next day. We felt utterly taken care of in every way! We haven’t stopped talking about each course and how memorable it truly was! Thank you, Chef Wayne!!

Wayne and his team provided an outstanding 4-course dinner for our company's retreat to Saugerties. Chef Wayne and Suzetta were hands down the best! We had gone through a few chefs over the years and his food, service, personality left everyone happy and satisfied. The food was outstanding. We had a family reunion in the Catskills and he prepared dinners for two nights for 16 people. He also brought dessert for the kids which they devoured. We are all vegetarian and his menu was perfect, I had no changes. He also brought fresh fruit, water bottles and bread from the market during our stay, which was very thoughtful and appreciated. Chef Wayne and staff (Sarah and Steph) made my husbands 50th birthday such a special occasion. Everyone raved about the food and service. The food was wonderful. Chef Wayne was easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions. He showed up on time and left the kitchen spotless after our dinner experience. My only regret is that I didn't take more pictures, I was just enjoying the moment! I definitely recommend Casual Elegance and would use their service again in the future.

I have known wayne for close to 8 years and have used him for many occasions. We not only has catered large parties for us in the Hudson valley but also manhattan. He’s also versatile, professional and his food is off the chain. He and his wife Susetta, who is front of house, are the dynamic duo. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
