We had a wonderful time at the farm to table bistro. The sweet potato poppers were delicious. I really enjoyed the bread and butter. The scallops were great but my husband said it was missing the jalapeño raspberry vinaigrette. They were great but he thought it would have been better with the sauce. My mashed potatoes root vegetables and short rib was so yummy.

Food portions are perfectly sized—not too small, yet not so large that you need to worry about waste or packing leftovers. The complimentary bread and butter served before the meal was a delightful start; the butter was slightly sweetened and incredibly addictive, leaving us wishing for a second basket.

We started with the meatballs as appetizers, followed by the Rosemary baseball steak from the dinner specials and the Signature Beer Braised Short ribs as mains. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium, boasting a mouthwatering smoky flavor. Meanwhile, the braised short rib offered a well-balanced, slightly sweet flavor profile.

While my partner found the food to be amazing, I personally felt they were good but not exceptional. For my taste, the dishes could have used a touch more seasoning. Nonetheless, the overall dining experience, including the atmosphere, service, and diverse menu, makes this restaurant a solid choice for both casual and special occasions. Highly recommended!

First take, the place is nice, decorated very nice and had a cozy feel but I only got that after sitting down. I walked in and the bartender nor the one waitress acknowledged me. Finally the waiter asked I'm eating in? Like yeah... Sit down, the waitress is visibly annoyed with me, very short of rolling her eyes to whatever I say. Any questions I asked I felt like she didn't hear me because she would just stare at me, then give a condescending answer. Food was awful. The pretzel was cold and way over salted, the short rib had no flavor, nor did the mashed potatoes. Brocolli was hard. I was very dissapointed.

Elegant atmosphere with rustic accoutrements. The food is delicious and the waitstaff friendly. The bathroom is clean. Ample parking in the lot in front. On March 19, 2022 the Dutchess County Libertarian Party organized a luncheon at this location…

Arrived on time for a reservation, the restaurant only had a singular waiter working, tending to ALL tables at the restaurant and tending the bar, he could not keep up with it all. And management/owner does not seem to care one bit. When the waiter finally got around to asking for our drink orders he took off and we never saw him again (should’ve been the first clue to cut our losses). He never brought the water we asked for and after 30 minutes of waiting my husband had to remind him we still needed our drinks. That’s when I realized he was also the bartender because he went behind the bar to make said drinks. The drinks were weak by the way. Ordered apps and entrees, he brings my husband’s soup and never brings my appetizer order. When my husband was done with his soup he came to collect the bowl and I asked him to remove my app from my bill as it’s too late since the person I’m eating with is done. The water still hadn’t shown up at our table, our entrees were wrong and took forever to arrive so no surprise that they were cold when we started to eat. At this point we were so frustrated we just wanted to eat and go. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and I felt so bad that they killed the buzz of our birthday date night. We ended up leaving and getting dessert elsewhere. This place is really overhyped and not worth the aggravation.

After ordering from these guys over uber eats for about a year now every now and again, my fiance and I finally went in to have a proper sit down meal from them. What we were met with was a fantastic restaurant with incredible staff who were super attentive, incredible décor, and some of the best food in the Hudson Valley, hands down. The quality of the ingredients in superb and gives such divine levels of flavor that blew us away. A lot of their ingredients are organic as well which is great for us. A lot of the alcohol is locally sourced which is even more awesome cause it tastes incredible and is super strong. The desert was just delicious beyond words could say. We loved it and will be back again for more. Highly recommend!

My husband & I had dinner there last night Everything was perfect from start to finish The presentation, quality,& freshness.. cannot be beat. The scallop diner & lobster roll were, delicious The best lobster roll, I’ve ever had.. better than any I’ve had in New England, ever !! The gelato was… a pleasure !! This sparkling clean restaurant… will have us coming back, very soon Such an enjoyable evening !!

The restaurant is very beautiful and well cared for. We tried the French onion soup and baked fish and chips, both were good. I have to return to try some of their fresher dishes which all looked very good.
