This is a decent grocery store, but beware if you buy bread from their bakery. Many loaves we have gotten recently are massively under-proofed! (See my photos)

Sandwiches are sold/placed directly on rusty surfaces. Disgusting, this is very unhygienic and unsafe. I will no longer buy any prepared foods from ShopRite to feed my young children.

The deli department in Fishkill needs an overhaul with appropriate training on process. I bought a deli meat that was sliced way too thin-my fault for not telling them-but the deli person should ask also. I did not know the plastic was still on it as I cooked with it and pulled several strings of plastic off during our meal. Also the meat was dry which indicates to me the meat had been sitting in the fridge for a long time, uncovered. I will never but cold cuts from there again.

I have been shopping here for the last few years and other than The issue with not being able to find parking most of the time, I have experienced some really great workers. One in particular I believe her name is Bella was so very sweet when she rang me up. It’s good to know there’s great workers here.

The Discrimination here is through the roof as I've been warned about previously by friends who were racially & personally discriminaed against. Complaints with corporate & law enforcement are currently in process. Produce & deli departments and manger here need to go. My experiences have been absolutely terrible.
AGAIN TODAY I TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM ONLY TO BE SHUNNED , THEY ASKED ME TO CALL AFTER I COMMUNICATED WITH THEM VIA EMAIL WITH DETAILS OF THE INCIDENTS THAT HAVE OCCURRED EVERY TIME IVE WENT TO THIS STORE. SO WHEN I DID CALL I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 10-15 MINUTES ONLY TO BE SENT TO VOICE MAIL. ISSUES WERE NEVER RESOLVED INSTEAD THEY ACCUSED ME OF CURSING ON THE VOICE MAIL , THEY USED IT AS AN EXCUSE NOT TO DEAL WITH ME. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE WHAT IVE EXPERIENCED HERE. THE WOMAN IN THE PHOTO IS ONLY 1 OF THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE DISRESPECTED ME GIVEN ME DIRTY LOOKS AS IF I WAS THE ONE WHO DID SOMETHING WRONG WHEN IVE DONE NOTHING BUT TRIED TO BUY FOOD AND HAVE BEEN CONTINUALLY DISCRIMINAED AGAINST!

Zero stars to the deli department , I ordered cold cuts at 2:00 online order expressit said ready at 2:30
Took to almost 330 to get our cold cuts and everyone waiting in line was served before us , we waited almost 45minutes in store , if you want to order cold cuts here don’t bother , or order over a hour ahead of time and prepare to be last in line when you get there

I’ve been a customer of this ShopRite for almost 15 years. Most of the folks who work here are kind and helpful. But I’ve come across rude folks - the dude at fish counter seems so unfriendly. I usually try to avoid and go elsewhere for seafood. And this lady at cash register on mornings is pretty rude and obnoxious. I use self checkout when she’s the only one at the checkout.
And I’ve encountered racists customers.
