I love this store. The workers are knowledgeable and helpful. They have recommended products when I didn't know what to buy and the products were excellent. The guys who work there have gone beyond expectations to assist me. Park Manor Wine & Spirits will always be my "go to" store.

Loved the selection Appreciated the timely communication about my inquiry. Totally boggled by the shipping comment after purchase for gift that stated date not time of delivery but stated an adult needed to be there to sign. Then the statement if it didn’t arrive on the stated date give it 2 more days then contact the company. Oh they also noted a redelivery fee if no adult there to sign.
Somehow this part of the process dampened any enthusiasm I had for the earlier part of the experience.

How did I live here for years and not know about this place? The good selection of single malts is always a plus for me, but the wine selection here is fantastic. Need something ordered? No problem. Small bottles galore in pints, halves and miniatures, including top sellers and high end brands. Great selection of Champagne and other bubbly. Prices are good, case prices are better, and the people are the best. Park Manor puts the big new store in the county to shame. Restocking your liquor cabinet or planning something big, talk to these guys and they will help.

Hit or miss on the staff. I've had a lady make perfect suggestions of NYS wines I've gotten many time since. Other staff leave you alone unless you ask. Prices are good. They give 6 and 13 bottle discounts and Mondays are 15% off nys wines so that's when I go

Last two times I went clerk was unwelcoming. Also some bottles were stocked in the wrong spot so it rang up $10 more then I thought and when I mentioned it I didn’t get a response, they just told me the total. It was like talking to a robot. Sad because it’s a nice liquor store but looks like they need better help
