We visited the ranch today to pick up our beef. Ernesto was a delight, giving us a tour and showing us the cows. Its clear he takes excellent care of the herd. If you are looking for sustainable, organic, non-gmo, grass fed and finished beef this is the place. A Quality operation with a healthy well loved herd, I can't wait to to update you once we've tried it!

Just picked up our first order (1/4 beef) yesterday and of course we had to taste it right away.We tried the ground beef. Delicious! The grind is fine (no gristle!) and the flavor reminded us of how beef used to taste years when we were young...a long time ago. Specifically, the fat (not too much) was clear and flavorful. Love it. Thank you!
