A true patriot and supporter of our military. Rob Salamida Company has always answered the call for our fund raisers and home town gift raffles. We can’t say enough about their marinades and pinch. Every fund raiser was a super success. Introducing spiedies to the Caribbean and California with the aroma of a spiedie on the grill always brought curious customers to our booth. A big hearted company with a big hearted owner and staff. Blessings to them all. Fair winds and following seas….

Their recipe must of changed the last 3 times I've done speedies the marinade was way to acidic an ruined the meal.. it's a shame

just tried the new york chips state fair spiedie they were like eating a salt shaker
