4/12/2023, Wed: Eckerton Hill Farm is a no-spray farm considered among the best in the Union Square Greenmarket for their peppers and tomatoes, but also have a small selection of greens from their greenhouse starting in April. Over the winter and early spring they sell their dehydrated seasoning and mild to hot peppers in bags and glass jars. Usually at the market on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, though less often in the middle of the winter.
- 4/19/2023, Wed.: - dried cayenne peppers (stores for many months), and today a bunch of very fresh tuscan kale. Expect tomatoes starting in mid-May to early June.
