Don’t buy here. See their profile on Facebook. Updated pix & videos to follow. Videos added. While they replaced the load and took this load away, remainder of it . They continued to tell me to pay for bad bales opened & thrown away. This was after they toured and seen debris pile. So I went public on here, Facebook, told my vet. Then they waived the cost paid by my SO. But I’m keeping my experience here, so others may see the ordeal we experienced.
It wasn’t just a bad sales rep who misunderstood my needs, if you see their profile on Facebook, you’ll see other’s experienced this with different sales reps. I think they try to fill the orders & sell the most economical hay for the price quoted and much of its bad, and not viewed prior to ship. The posts they show with the perfect hay is $18-$20 a bale and sent to S Carolina or the zoo.

Aden Brook what I was willing to pay for open to what I believed I was receiving. For horses: moldy, dusty tractor trailer load of hay doesn’t qualify at any cost for horses. The hay you display in your ads isn’t what many of us received who had a bad load of hay delivered to us. You weren’t willing to waive the additional costs, till I went public. Also what I went thru in time, aggravation, cleaning the loft out again, (broom swept) after you removed the bales of bad hay. I’m which I helped in all cases. You can’t blame the customer. That’s unprofessional. Maybe your sales person, among many mentioned by others needs a little more training.

Got onto the Facebook hay groups watching their workers price gouging the farmers and the buyers. Seen them making up to $80 a ton on hay for themselves. Price gouging like you would not believe! I would never use these people you can save yourself $1000’s of dollars!!! Shame on them!!!
