Definitely a one of a kind experience. Didn't try the food but the beer and cider were..... less than great. Beer on drwaft should never be poured out of a pitcher. Some beer was warm and so was the cider. Very cool atmosphere and decor. Wish the beer matched.

Stop by while we were neat Syracuse. As other reviews, a hidden gem. These are not your normal ales. More old world and the owners are very passionate about their craft and it shows as they take the time to explain their brewing process. Worth a stop if you are in the area.

Love this place. The owners are friendly helpful and attentive. The brewery is labor of love and their passion shows. The food is amazing. They have plenty of beer varieties from light to dark. Highly recommend!

2025 and still going strong come in for great brews and ciders, a spiked hot cocoa or an Irish coffee. Happy St Patrick’s Day!

Very unique style of beer for this area and while I don't know much about those styles to say if they're "proper" or not, I can at least say they're delicious. It was really busy when we first showed up but it eventually slowed enough that we could talk to the owners a bit who are awesome and were a pleasure to speak to.

PERFECT brewery experience. We spent a Saturday afternoon at Red Hawk sampling Belgian inspired beers and enjoying a charcuterie board inside a beautifully designed space. We met the owners and appreciated the personal touches they put into the brewery. It was explained how different their brewery was compared to bigger commercial ventures, and how the brewing process followed recipes passed down from relatives. It was a pleasure to see a local business succeed in a mission crafted by passion for the trade.

We stopped by on a trip to Lake Skaneateles and were blown away by the diversity and quality of styles offered. Everything was fantastic. The owners were incredibly knowledgeable and happy to answer all of our questions related to the brewing process, and were gracious and welcoming. It is clear that much love and precision is put into the craft. I cannot recommend this place enough! The best brewery I’ve been to in a long while.

Always a pleasant experience when we visit. Friendly relaxing atmosphere and lovely homemade brews with family history that goes way back!
